Dirty Butter Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 I've just upgraded from 5.1.4 to 5.1.5 on our modified kurouto skin site. I used Beyond Compare to blend the changes I have made over time into the 5.1.5 version. Everything appears to be working properly in Admin, except for this error log message when I access the Customer List. PHP Warning: json_encode() [<a href='http://docs.php.net/manual/en/function.json-encode.php'>function.json-encode.php</a>]: Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument in /home/estates/public_html/admin/sources/customers.index.inc.php on line 488 Can anyone offer a suggestion about where to look for what I may have blended incorrectly? bsmither Posted November 8, 2012 Share Posted November 8, 2012 I do not find a difference between CC514 and CC515 with regard to adminsourcescustomers.index.inc.php. I have not delved too deep into the meaning of the error message, but it seems that the name of a state/county has become corrupt. Finding it will be difficult. If you recognize what may have happened when creating/editing State/County/Territory names that use non-English characters, you may be able to fix it. (See http://www.starr.net/is/type/kbh.html) If you you cannot determine where this edit may have happened, you will need to look closely at the name column of the CubeCart_geo_zone table.
