Dirty Butter
I have SEO enabled - assuming that matters. Anyway - some time ago our sales pages were under http://dirtybutter.com/plush/ - before we changed to CC for our store - along with other general information pages. I have now pulled those information pages into hidden documents all linked to one showing document within CC. And I'm very pleased with the way that is working, as now all the site has the same format as the store and every document easily shows all the store links. I deleted the /plush/ directory when I was through with it. There are no links from our sites to the non-existent directory. BUT, I now find, via Google Webmaster Tools, that there are OTHER sites - blogs, forums, etc., that are still linking to that non-existent directory. I don't want to lose those links entirely. I would like to add a redirect to the .htaccess file so any link that previously had http://dirtybutter.com/plush/ in it would now go to http://dirtybutter.com/plushcatalog/. Could someone tell me what to add to my htaccess??
bsmither
I'm not an expert in htaccess file scripting, and I think CubeCart is not able to solve this issue for you. So, I googled htaccess redirect generator and found a few sites. According to those sites, you might try: RedirectMatch 301 /plush/(.*) /plushcatalog/$
