bkessler91 Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Would like to add "Payment not received" as an option for Order Status "Canceled" is a little harsh for my sensitive customers. But still need to keep the Canceled option, because, well, some orders need to be Canceled from time to time. Any help would be appreciated. Dirty Butter Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 I got around this by changing the name and wording of the Fraudulent Order status/emails to Unpaid Order with appropriate email wording, as I'd never had a need for that default email. Dirty Butter Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Look at the list of Email Templates in Admin. All the editing for the actual emails can be done from there. Changing the name of the template to "Payment Not Received" requires changing the wording in a file - in language files I think, but I'm recuperating from surgery right now and too foggy to be able to help with that part.
