Quiztoon Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Hi I installed the new version 5.2.2. I used the Crosshatch skin and added a product. I can still use the admin area, fully, but the shop itself has stopped loading and all i now get is a blank page in firefox, website cannot be displayed in IE. Dirty Butter Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 Is this a clean install? Have you tried changing back to a stock skin from Admin to see if the front page shows correctly then? bsmither Posted May 28, 2013 Share Posted May 28, 2013 What we would like for you to do is in admin, Store Settings, Advanced tab, enable the debug setting. Then try to get a page from your storefront. Hopefully, the PHP is not crashing too soon and you might be able to see what may be wrong, as listed in a grey box that should show in your browser. If the grey box does not appear, then try this: in the admin Edit Product screen, delete the entirety of the product's description. (This removes any funny HTML that could be causing the problem.) If that doesn't fix the problem, and switching to a different skin doesn't fix the problem, then you may need to let someone have access to your site.
