coldclimber Posted February 25, 2014 Share Posted February 25, 2014 Since mobveing server the site runs fine but now i find that i can not add any new products, there are no errors showing and the save appear to work fine it just does not add it not matter what i try. I am recalling a problem from a while back, where certain submitted web form data was stripped off when it arrived at the web server. This was caused by a setting of the server's security package installed by the hosting provider. CubeCart, unawares that some elements of the form's POSTed data was removed, just processed what remained, and saying that the data CubeCart actually processed - which was not the same as what the web browser submitted - was successful. Would you please contact your hosting provider and ask if there is a security system in place, and if so, do the logs show your form submissions being rejected.
