Need Different Metadata for ?page=all

I see it:

<meta content="We carry a wide variety of gently used and mint condition Carter's and Prestige plush animals. Many look like new. See all our Carters Plush Animals on one page." name="description">

I stand corrected. I was using the More button to see the whole list of an item, but I forgot that 6.0.6 does not use the ?page=all ending any more, unless the pagination is set that way. So when I follow the "duplicate" that Google is seeing, the Source Code does show the "See all" part.

However, I AM getting duplicates because of the non-SEO version of pages showing up:

https://dirtybutter.com/plushcatalog/index.php?seo_path=ganz-plush-animals&page=all

https://dirtybutter.com/plushcatalog/ganz-plush-animals.html?page=all

Is this a web server glitch, making the non-seo version of pages show up, OR something I'm doing that causes it?
