If that is what you want it's a matter of changing the columns assigned to each item and the order they come in main.php. Foundation is based on 12 column rows. Say it's originally A on the left taking up 8 columns and B on the right taking up the other 4 columns. Change the order to B taking up 8 and then A taking up 4.
