Schulzie
Hi all, We recently have noticed an issue that really have become a thorn in my side as its happening quite frequently now and is making a huge impact because of all the rework involved with fixing the overwritten orders. As per our github post some of our customers have been able to rewrite orders that have already been completed by simply hitting the back button and eventually the cubecart system seems to give up and let them back into the checkout screen to make adjustments. As you could imagine this is a nightmare for stock control and several other issues as to when the customer makes changes (particularly if paid via paypal) cubecart will then automatically cancel the order as the totals do not match. As long time cubecart users, we used to see this same issue even in cc5. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and more to the point what can be done to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as above its doing my head in.
keat
We did occasionally see this in V3, so I changed the wording on the checkout, which went along the lines "clicking your back button at this point, may result in you being charged for items that you may not receive" I was rather hoping that this issue would have been fixed by now. ?? ayz1
Just had the same thing happend to our V6 store which we upgraded from V3 a couple of weeks ago. This use to happen frequently on V3 thought V6 would have sorted it. Don't know what has caused it but obviously a problem somewhere. Customer placed three seperate orders first two OK then third one all screwed up.
