I had sent an email to a Pending order customer. She wrote back with a screenshot of her payment confirmation, but it did not post to our account. Since I had her receipt number, the PP support person was able to tell she had indeed paid us, and it would post to our account when PP had fixed their issue. NOW they are writing wanting to know how long it will take for Paypal to put the refund back on their credit card. All I could do was write back and tell them I have no idea. I hate it for you that this hit with all the software changes you've just made - of course the staff assumed it was your fault. Bummer!!
