This is no different than an intruder getting in your house through a basement window, then having the run of the house because every room in the house is not (reasonably) secured against intrusion from any other room in the house. I saw this link on the Windows 10 forum and figured you would know if it was a real concern or not, knowing we both use Developer Tools.
