Also, I would suggest you backup your database and your AIOS 1.0.1 module, just in case the config or files gets messed up. Hopefully it will all upgrade smoothly and keep your settings. If you mean plugins - language packages used to be included and I think some of the more common ones like PayPal and USPS. There IS a GitHub request for something similar to Wordpress that puts a message on the Dashboard so you know when any installed plugin has a new version available.
