keat Posted July 15, 2016 Share Posted July 15, 2016 Customer placed an order on the 11th, where the order number went something like 160711-142530-3416. We received the notification and his Paypal Payment. He'd placed another order today, but it appears to have retained his previous order number, and also over written it. We've had no email notification of his order, and from the conversations I'm having with staff, it seems that PayPal is not accepting his payment either. I suspect Paypal may be refusing his payment as his order has the same ID ????? Any thoughts how this may have happened. ? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

keat Posted July 20, 2016 Author Share Posted July 20, 2016 Its happened again today, only this time it looks like it may have over written on two separate occasions. Until it's been clarified with the customer, we are suspecting 3 orders on the same ID. It does appear that on this occasion the customer is using chrome browser.
