scythe000
Hi all! I'm on 6.0.12, and when i try to use the files backup option, i get this error: Error: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : File 'stats/logs' does not exist I'm on a GoDaddy Linux server. I'm thinking i need to exclude this folder from the backup?
bsmither
After enumerating everything to archive, the ZIP library is complaining that the mentioned file is not a file nor a folder. Nor is it a "string" that can be treated as a virtual file (I don't know how that works). It seems that 'stats/logs' could be a "symbolic link", but the filesystem should report that as a 'link' type, and it would 'exist', but which the library ignores when pre-processing the enumerated list. I would think that this directory should not be in the CubeCart folder. Can you find the same folder outside of Cubecart's folder? If so, I think you should delete this, if possible, from Cubecart's folder.
scythe000
Cubecart is in my root folder. Maybe moving forward, i should always have it in a subfolder to avoid things like this. I get permission denied if i try to delete anything in there.
bsmither
CubeCart will exist and function fine in a domain's 'root' folder. Perhaps you do not have permission to delete this specific file/folder, but if you also do not have permission to delete or rename or move any other file, then this is a serious situation that may need the assistance of your hosting provider to help solve. scythe000
No, all my other permissions are fine. Just the Stats folder i can't do anything with.
