bsmither
The report does not reveal the original problem. What these errors mean is that the file you created, ini-custom.inc.php, was not created using a programmer's text editor, or has some sort of content (blank lines, whatever), in front of the opening sequence. In the file ini-custom.inc.php, the very first characters must be: <?php Absolutely nothing can be before these characters. Anything before these characters is treated as stuff to send to the browser, which causes all sorts of mayhem with respect to headers, which all of the errors in the log are referencing. If you used a non-programmer's text editor, there may be unprintable, unviewable characters ahead of <?php called the BOM. If this is the case, I suggest you delete the existing ini-custom.inc.php file and create a new one. I suggest that you use the provided text editor that is a tool in your hosting account control panel.
Dirty Butter
I tried to edit the space out of the directions, and copied it again making sure to use the without BOM with Notepad+ - sorry it isn't pasting correctly for me. I've asked @bsmither to create another file with the code so I can delete mine.
micso
I don' have a file editor with the hosting or can't find it but have removed all the spaces and have no error log now.
