catchmylimit
My website is just a blank page! Please help!!! I checked the error logs, and this attachment shows what it says. I have no clue of how to fix it. I need someone to tell me and walk me through it. Thanks! Error Log.docx
Al Brookbanks
Those are soft errors. Please see: https://support.cubecart.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/219/42/i-get-a-blank-white-screen-when-i-view-my-store If you want to open a support ticket we can look into this for you. bsmither
The errors shown are from Aug 3. Either they are irrelevant, or you have had a malfunctioning store for too many days. If possible, create an error log file (see this post) and we will try to discern the cause.
catchmylimit
So I tried to do what you said. But not quite sure if I am finding the code you are talking about. And now my website says this: The www.packagingdielines.com page isn’t working www.packagingdielines.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500 So I asked HostBlast.net about it, and this attachment shows what they said. How can I fix this? Error forum.docx
bsmither
I think you indicated you can get into your admin? If so, at the bottom of the left side navigation panel, click PHP Info. Scroll to the table labeled mbstring. If the table is there, make sure the row indicated by Multibyte Support says 'enabled'. If the table is not there, or it says 'disabled', advise the tech support they are wrong with mbstring support with respect to your account. catchmylimit
I do not see any table labeled "mbstring", nor any item within any of the tables labeled "mbstring". This is the only thing I am finding that says "multibyte support": Thread Safety disabled Zend Signal Handling disabled Zend Memory Manager enabled Zend Multibyte Support disabled IPv6 Support enabled DTrace Support disabled Is this what you are talking about? Am I going to be required to buy a tech support subscription, just to have them fix this? It was working just fine! I don't know how it got this way. Edited August 18, 2016 by catchmylimit Added a paste to show info.
bsmither
The use of PHP's mbstring set of functions was introduced in CC6012. When I said "advise the tech support people", I was referring to the people at HostBlast.net who told you that your PHP has mbstring enabled. I would say that, because there is no mbstring table in the PHP Info report, that these mbstring functions are not enabled.
