[Resolved] Product Image not showing up

Hi, 

I did a search on the forum but could not find a recent post. I followed through older ones but could not find a solution, hence this question.

I am trying to switch from open cart and do not have much of a Technical experience. I have installed CubeCart 6.1.0  with no issues but no matter what I do, Product images are not showing. I have installed it at two different hosting account with no luck.

Error log is clear. The only change I made is that I had renamed the admin URL. The generic one was difficult to remember.

I have checked and there is /image folder with /cache/source folders.

I have tried to edit the product and created a new one as well but same result.

Here is what I do.

Click on the bottom box that says drag files here and point to the directory where image is saved. The image shows up in this box with a check mark that disappears shortly. I click on save & reload and it brings me back to the same page that is empty now.

 

I have checked images under file manager and images are showing up there.

 

Can anyone please help me fix this.

Welcome to the forums!

This is what should happen:

Look in the image tab of your admin product listing. There are checkboxes to the right of each file name of the uploaded images in the FileManager box. Click in the box to get a star for the main image and checkmarks for secondary images. Then save.

"The image shows up in this box with a check mark that disappears shortly."

Can you repeat clicking in the box and get the star?

I have the same problem, images of new products are not loaded.

And of the product that if you have photos, I only manage to see 1 image from the backoffice.

Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

I seem to change the way you upload the files, before you uploaded one by one, now you can drag or select several images at a time.

But I do not know because only the way of uploading the images was changed.

If you renamed the admin folder and the admin.php file names, did you also make edits to /includes/global.inc.php to match?
