bos Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 This is the first time I'm trying to send a newsletter, so I might well have done something wrong. However, after filling the template and trying to send, I get nothing but the text in the screenshot below. All is fine when I click "Send Test Email"; I get the mail and it looks just like I want. But when sending the actual newsletter to whomever has signed up for it, I hit the wall. The Email-logs tells me nothing but the test mail I just sent. bsmither Posted August 31, 2018 Share Posted August 31, 2018 According to the code, a NaN indication suggests that there are no eligible records in the CubeCart_newsletter_subscriber database table. An eligible record is one where 'status' is true-like, and if checked in admin, Newsletter setting, 'dbl_opt' is the string "1". With no eligible records, (a bug in the code) will cause an infinite loop. Please use an external database utility to determine if there are any records in CubeCart_newsletter_subscriber that have status = 1 and dbl_opt, if enabled, set to "1". If there are no dbl_opt = "1", then do not enable the "Send to double opt-in only" setting for any newsletter. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
