Thumbnail image size in sub-category

Recommended Posts

I have 2 images on this one particular sub-category page, one is the right size using the thumbnail created by the CC, in this case 240px high, while the other is at 380px high for some reason, all re-size images (40, 100, 120, 240, 380, 450 & 750) have been created by CC and reside in images/cache as they should but for some reason this one image is using the ***.380.jpg rather than the ***.240.jpg as all the other images on the site use. Both are listed in 'product/category' only once per product as 'primary & addtional'.

Thanks

Are you sure? The subcategory images for the Daywear top category are both using .240, and the product images in the Slips category are both using .380.

Keep in mind that CubeCart scales the source image to that specified pixel size on the longest side and will not scale it larger to make it that dimension. So, even though a rendered image has .380 in the filename, it will not get that large if the source image isn't larger than that on the longest side.

So, the Nylon Slip seems to have an original source size of 109x250 pixels, and the Satin Slip could have an original source size larger than 450 pixels tall.

And the Panties image seems to have an original source size of 160x138 pixels - which is not larger than 240 pixels on the longest side.

Thank you so much, of course, I should have realized the difference in the original image sizes was the cause of the disparity. I used an alternative and it works fine.
