  1. Further to this string, re credit card details. I am now running the latest version 6.2.2. When I change the order from pending to processing "press save and reload", the credit card details are removed as the order status now says "order complete" I do not remember this happening in earlier editions. Is there an option to have the order status change to processing and the CC details remain until the order status is changed to "order complete". This is my current settings.
  2. In the Foundation skin file content.product.php version 6.2.0 there are only 130 lines of code. I found similar lines in row 26 and row 28.

  4. DB, Seems you have taken the video down, as I can not see it. I am wanting to embed a video in the document file instead of the three pictures using bxslider. I used: <div class="flex-video"> <iframe width="500" height="213" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/tioF5sFBBJg" allowfullscreen></iframe> </div> it works but it does not autoplay.

  6. I find the same, once refreshed it seems to repeat for me. However I am going through different pages and get different scores , mainly due the images requiring refinement. Will try seositecheckup.com
  7. A couple of questions: Are you using AIOS? Do you have a country or region set up in AIOS for the countries you ship too? Are you running the following CC6.1.8 with Skin Foundation and AIOS. + various plugins. ie Card capture+paypal express I may not be able to help for here on, but the answers will help others more knowledgeable.
  8. Besides the countries being enabled, you will also have to go to the Manage Extension of your admin. From there Navigate to Card Capture plugin. Then you will find a tab marked "Allowed Zones". Also as has been mentioned before by keat, you will need a secure https site. There are several option available usually through your host.
  9. Assuming he/she is on your cubecart shopping cart, you will need to "turn on" the country you require. In your admin, go to settings country zones and add what countries you want by clicking on the status on the right hand side. There may be other areas you may need to assign the country too. On my shopping cat I have different areas in my AIOS All in one shipping extension. let us know how you go.

I dont know about the OS level, however I suggest you try this for page speed: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fcubecart.com&tab=desktop At the bottom of the page is a url to Download optimized image, JavaScript, and CSS resources for this page. Once you have the zip file, upload the unzipped files to your server. This action should increase your google page speed.
  11. Keat, you can minify the css to save you space and gain on google rating. https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/MinifyResources See if that improve things. Also try http://www.minifier.org/
  12. Two things I found out about when manually upgrading to 618, which may or may not be applicable to you. Check your request log under Admin page advanced section. Do you have any red entries with Error: cURL Error (0): Failed to connect to 2800:3f0:4001:803::2004: Network is unreachable 2. Go your Advanced section / Maintenance / Database. Scroll through the database and check if you have any duplicate entries, I had some with Cubecart written twice.
  13. To add my experience today. I uploaded a pdf image with the filemanager image upload and using ftp uploaded the same file to ../images/source/.. then used File path/name.ext in the digital product page to name the file. This produced an error. Once I deleted the image file in filemanager, all was well. I hope that helps.
  14. I suggest you do a manual upgrade as others have suggested.   15. Hi Al, Did this mean that you used the following: Flush DNS in Windows: Click on Start button. Select Run... Type "cmd" and press OK button. You should see the following line: C:Documents and SettingsUser>. Type: ipconfig /flushdns You will see a message containing the following: "Windows IP ConfigurationSuccessfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache." Type "exit" to close the prompt.
  16. Clearly I have no idea how to use Github and what ever I have done has disappeared. Frustrating as it may be, I dont find it very user friendly and without some help, I would prefer to leave it to others more competent. A simple question as to where one starts after logging in would be a good start. Any help would be appreciated.

  20. If you look on your server side do you have a folder called backup? This may be an empty folder which you may be able to upload your back up files to. If that does not work then I am guessing from now on. Dirty butler may know.
  21. The answer to the missing available extensions is to upload your backup copy of your module folder . The module folder contains all the extension plugin data.
  22. Hi Maurice, Go to your admin, maintenance, backup area where you did your back up before. Scroll down the page until you can see the Existing Backups and a list of downloads. On the right hand side of your backup list you will have 3 icons; recycle, download and trash. Hover over the recycle icon, it should say restore. Good luck.
  23. Woo hoo, I just came across this issue today. A customer ordered some items with a CC. I received the order with credit card details. I changed from recaptcha invisible to V2 and viola, the credit card details were blank. I then made a dummy order and could repeat the above. Current CC version is 6.1.8 and Credit card capture 1.0.5 Yes I have a back up as well.
