  1. Hi Brian, Can this be done for other shipping modules? I have tried changing them via the language files in the admin area but nothing is updating. Regards Gary
  2. Hi Actually I have now fixed my issue by adding the code for the IPN within PayPal I upgraded from CC3 to CC5 and forgot to change the settings New IPN details that work for me https://www.MYWEBSITE.com/index.php?_g=rm&type=gateway&cmd=call&module=PayPal

Hi, Have the same issue that paypal takes the payment but when returning back to the shop the status is not updated from Pending to Processing :-( This also means that the customer is show the "Complete Payment" button when they view their order within the shop. Is this a PayPal issue or Cube Cart issue?
  4. Hi Brian, Sorry for the delay getting back. I have tried what you suggested by setting the whole site to SSL. All pages are under SSL apart from when I go to select the payment option on the gateway page. it reverts to http ?? the ssl.class.php looks ok too Any other suggestions?
  5. Hi Cubecart, Yep I had the same problem when trying to update from within the admin panel (Just a blank screen so i had to browser back and re-install 5.2.8 :-( )

Anyone got a suggestion as to why this is happening?
  7. Hi, I checked and all looks ok, Regarding the "slashes" I have checked and it looks like i added those issues when i edited the domain name to stop any direct links. Response object is null ====================================================================== I have just completed a test order with SSL turned off and all was good :-) It just won't work with SSL certificate turned on? Any other suggestions?

  9. Hi, Is anyone using PaymentSense? I am trying to get this working on the latest cubecart version 5.2.8 for my client but have the following error: ============================================================================ ERROR 13326: Couldn't speak to ServerResultURL [https://www.DOMAIN-NAME-REMOVED/index.php?_g=rm&type=gateway&cmd=call&module=PaymentSense_Redirect&cart_order_id=140228-120314-3639]. Full Error Details: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. Response object is null ============================================================================ Basically the payment has been taken, But it doesn't return back to the shop to update the order etc Not returning back to the shop causes these issues No order is place/stored in the cubecart shop system Stock not reduced as no order stored When customer views their account from within the shop the status shows as pending and offers them to pay! However, in the merchant part of the PaymentSense admin panel we can see payment has been taken. ​Any suggestions would be appreciated to point me in the right direction.

Hi All, I have noticed some changes to the address bar in version 5 (I had Ruki's SEO mod on my version 3 shops that showed categories/sub categories in the titles etc) What is better for SEO purposes? myshop.com/my-product.html myshop.com/my-main-category/my-product.html myshop.com/my-main-category/my-sub-category/my-product.html I see that cubecart shows all categories and products as below: (unless you manually add something different) myshop.com/my-product.html myshop.com/my-category.html myshop.com/my-sub-category.html ​Basically immediately after the main domain name each time Any help/direction would be appreciated before i start to add the thousands of products :-) Cheers Gary
  12. Hi, I need to place the options for shipping in an order I prefer. Currently I have by weight and FREE shipping (buyer collects) but it defaults to FREE shipping as the first option so people are not selecting ship by weight when they want me to post it! Is there a way of having the ship by weight as the default selection and then they have to select and change to FREE Shipping if they want to pick it up? Any ideas? Gary

Ok, Just upgraded from 4.0.1 to 4.0.2 Thought I would check the FIXES! to see if they are ok, Tell a Friend: Now the email is blank? no subject and no contents The Light box: Image still missing ETC ETC ETC............ ALL the above worked in my 4.0.1 version as I fixed them but was hoping to have a true update to avoid the same problems and hard work i have with the upgrades of version 3 shops i have at the moment. I have reverted back to 4.0.1 Has anyone had any success?
  15. Hi, Ok just clicked on Rebuild category product count in the admin area and it has removed all the product listings in ALL the sub categories! I assumed that it would just make sure all the amounts are correct and that an item has not been added in the same category or sub category twice! I have this type of mod in my version 3 shops and it works great Am I missing something here? Is this a bug? Anyone had the same happen?

  17. Hi, I find this very strange that the postage is not taken in to account when a gift certificate or voucher is used! This is a MAJOR error and needs fixing fast please! Example: You have a voucher or Gift Certificate worth £100 you buy goods for the value of £60 and Postage is £5.00. You will expect to have £65 deducted from your Voucher or Gift Certificate not £60 and the £5 must be paid seperatley via pay pal for example. At the end of the day we already have there money! lol I can not see why this has been set up like this it crazy Please find a fix
  18. Hi, Also, Once the web address is added it messes up the "View Orders" page for customers. The page goes to left align and the header logo is blanked out. Any Ideas on how to correct!

  20. Hi, I am using version 4.0.1 I have noticed that the Company Name is not saving in these areas: Customers Details Area, Billing and Shipping Details Print Packing Slip: Address is listed twice instead of Company Name Anyone else having this problem?
  21. Yep had a look in the bugs section and it is listed but shows as fixed? http://www.cubecart.com/beta/bugs/view.php?id=371 I have 4.0.1 version installed so can not understand why this happens. :)

  23. Hi Brivtech, Thanks for having a look, My client is happy with the current configuration at present but we would like to turn the admin area back to secure if at all possible. I will see if I can get more information from the server to see if the cause can be pin pointed. Once again thanks for having a look! Regards Gary
