PayPal IPN Response

I'm not sure if this is the right way of wording it, but I've had several sales in the last week that have required manual processing. I receive an email confirmation from PayPal, but the order never shows in the admin control panel. I can look in the Request Log, and the order does not show up in the requests. Is this a PayPal issue or a possible CubeCart integration issue.

I have a feeling this problem is not just with the payment method of choice. I've continued to have problems with this throughout the week. Today, I've had four or five orders that have shown up as "Pending" that I have a corresponding payment confirmation from Paypal. There is no "Transaction Logs" tab under these orders, and the order does not appear in the Request Log. While I can continue to manually accept the orders, there is nothing that I can see to set the "bad" orders apart from the ones that go through.

Hi,

 

Have the same issue that paypal takes the payment but when returning back to the shop the status is not updated from Pending to Processing :-(

 

This also means that the customer is show the "Complete Payment" button when they view their order within the shop.

 

Is this a PayPal issue or Cube Cart issue?
