bsmither
Do you have your store settings as follows? On the Layout tab, "Jump to basket on add", Yes? On the Features tab, "Disable initial shipping & tax estimates", unchecked? CubeCart will make an attempt to calculate shipping when the customer visits the View Basket (Checkout) page. Because the customer is not logged in, CubeCart does not know where the package will ship to. Therefore, as an initial estimate, CubeCart will ask any enabled shipping module to calculate charges based on shipping the package from your store to your store. If none of the enabled shipping modules can calculate a shipping cost, CubeCart will show the customer this message. So, do you have any enabled shipping modules? If so, there may be some issues with them when trying to calculate costs based on the delivery address being your own store.
windsurfer
I have added shipping zones and pricing and seems to be working okay now.
