Lastwolf
Just noticed on a store I have, all searches a 404ing, even storeurl.com/search.html isn't displaying. I have an almost identical setup site on the same server no issue. Any ideas on where to start looking to fix this?
Al Brookbanks
It might just be the ache to clear.
Lastwolf
Yeah, thought that, I even cleared it manually, no dice.
bsmither
Please verify two things if you are using CC642: Examine the database to determine if all the paths in CubeCart_seo_urls end in .html. In admin, Store Settings, Search Engines tab, "SEO URL Extension", what is the setting?
Lastwolf
Yep CC642 Not all seo_urls end in html, ah ha! yeah purging that did the trick, cheers as always!
bsmither
If not all paths in CubeCart_seo_urls end in .html, then I think an upgrade step did not get executed. Specifically, there is a query executed on the database in /setup/db/upgrade/6.4.0.sql. (However, in the 640b2 release, this file is named 6.4.0-b2.sql.) So, depending on your upgrade steps through the releases, that modification to the table contents may or may not have happened.
