  1. After your advice , I just updated to latest version of CubeCart and my product options problems went away. What I have encountered is issues trying to check out and pay at my site. I use USPS mail options, my shopping cart shows the proper computation and shipping options available. When I push the checkout button I get a pink highlighted box wiuth this error listed and the checkout goes no further. " The following errors were detected: unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the totasl weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries." again, just prior to checkout the basket shows a reasonable weight and shipping method drop down list looks fine with USPS shipping options. I have enabled USA and Canada both in Paypal and USPS module configurations. Any ideas. Have submitted trouble call as I got this after upgrading. Northwestjig

  4. Hello, I'm testing CCV6.0.2 and I already encountered some problem. I have a merchant account with Canada Post and UPS. The demo test problem weights 4LBS and I got over weight problems.     Checkout problems

    Installed 5.1.4 Test 1 Created new customer account and tried to make a purchase. Getting same error as with 5.1.3 The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. Test 2 As an unregistered user who opted NOT to create an account at checkout I was able to checkout and made it all the way to the choose payment screen (didn't try further) Test 3 As an unregistered user who opted TO create an account during checkout I got the same no shipping methods error. Back to square 1
  6. My international users are getting the following message: The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I also get it if I try to make test orders to international locations. The first report today was from New Zealand. I've had plenty of order from there. When I checked the countries codes in my shipping by weight area the NZ code was no longer there. I added it back in but no joy. I have since had a report from Malta. The iso code is present (MT) as I added it specifically for this customer in the past & they ordered successfully. Now no international order works. They were coming in prior to the report from NZ. UK works fine. I have upgraded to the latest version (I was 2 minor upgrades behind) but still doesn't work. I'm baffled how the NZ code was lost in the first place & why adding it back has borked all international orders

We've been noticing fewer confirmed sales through the store since the latest update and until yesterday were a little confused as to why ... a customer called our helpline saying they had tried to order a product but had come across an error message when they tried to place the order .. I have replicated the order and received the same error message ... The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order.   8. Hello, I updated Cubecart from v.5.2.2 to v.5.2.12 and I am getting the following error when checking out: "Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries." Hi Guys, When you pick anything from the store and go through check out... it asks for a shipping option... you select which one you want... you go onto the next page and fill everything in... your shipping option is selected and updated in the total so you click Checkout!!! it comes up with this error message The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. doesnt matter what you put in the backet or even if you put collect it still comes up. Pricing and country are below .000:1.85,.100:2.50,.750:3.65,1.000:5.25,1.250:6.55,1.500:7.45,2.000:11.25, 4.000:14.25,100.000:30.00,150.000:40.00 GB, IE Know the anoying this is when you click checkout again it takes you through to complete the order. Hi, We now have a test payment account from Iridium Corp set up and have entered the information into the system, for some reason the *required Description box does not contain anything and it wont let us input anything in either, it says using Firebug that the input is 'Read Only', on the same subject we have tried to make a test purchase and we get a message stating 'Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country.' We have tried to add United Kingdom as a zone but it is not getting remembered when we save, it might be that the description box problem is stopping it from saving. Any help? Thanks Geoff
  12. Have been using the Australia Post Shipping module over 8 months now. No issues. Last night received 3 emails from people that they are getting an error. Error - 10001. Unfortunately there are no Suitable shipping methods available for your order. To get around this, I have enabled flat rate shipping, but is any over seas orders are placed I will be loosing money, Help please. How can I diagnose and fix the issue?

Using per category when a product is in the basket its saying shipping : n/a then further on in the order giving error 10001 shipping not available for this product ect??? any ideas, thanks ERROR - 10001 Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order.     Checkout problems

    I am having the same issue since going to 5.1.3 It looks like the USPS for domestic is not working. It works for international addressed but not US address.. I have tried eveything and looked at everything.. I get the following: The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I am using a test account that has worked fine before... Help.. do I need to go back to 5.1.1?

    Checkout problems

    After much experimenting with test purchases I've determined that if a customer is registered or chooses to create an account during checkout they get this error during checkout The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. On the other hand if it is a new user and they opt to not create an account during checkout all seems to go ok unless they update the basket in which case they end up with the same error only with this scenerio if you click checkout again it works. With registered customers clicking the checkout again just returns the error again.

We've got a shop which has been working fine for a long time but is currently giving everyone the error ERROR - 10001 Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. I've done some digging and it appears that it's throwing this error because the variable $basket['delInf']['country'] as called on line 42 of modules/shipping/Royal_Mail/calc.php is 0; I've not been able to detemine why, i've tested this whilst logged out and whilst logged in as a user with United Kingdom set as country. Any help is greatly appreciated.
  20. Hi Need help fast installed the All in one shipping mod with postcode by estelle. I have set it all up using postcodes devided in zones Example mainland UK Zone 1, highlands of scotland zone 2. Not using weight settings at all, using total value to gain postage value but keep getting the following error, which makes no sence as i am not using any in the error Please help " this sometime comes up before I even get to the input of the postcode" ERROR - 10001 Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order.   21. Hi All, After enabling the Canada Post shipping module, I got the XML error. This error was fixed by adding a line to my hosting companies firewall, as was suggested on this forum. But now I am receiving a new error: ERROR - 10001 Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This is either because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. --- This error was also addressed on this forum in an older thread, but was never replied to. Is there something i can change to make this work? or is it to heavy for UPS to quote?

Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. using Royal Mail, I can't see any settings to change - it seems to do this whenever I want to order more than 1 product at a time, can someone give me any clues how to fix it?
