teetshirts
Hi, I am using the email feature on version 4.3.8 to email out from the site to all people who have subscribed to the mailling list (6,800 mail accounts). Robsta
This gives it away... "Sender [email protected] is over rate limit" Your hosting company has set an email rate limit, and you have hit the limit so your emails are getting rejected. You need to speak to your hosting company about the details of the restriction.

Dirty Butter
There is a v4 and v5 commercial mod that uses MailChimp for newsletters. We use it to avoid the limits set by our host.
Guest
I use www.smtp.com to send out bulk emails, they have monthly limits in rate bands, it costs me £6 ($9) a month for 5,000 emails... Rates are here - http://www.smtp.com/pricing-plans Saves me using my hosts email servers and getting the above issues, and keeps mailings seperate so that my normal email account(s) will never be suspended for spamming... Just a matter of changing the email settings in the "general settings" area of the store's backoffice. HTH Dave, Bits4Vits
Dirty Butter
MailChimp is free up to I think 2,000 emails a month - but don't hold me to that number.
havenswift-hosting
There is a v4 and v5 commercial mod that uses MailChimp for newsletters. We use it to avoid the limits set by our host. There is also an V4 mod that allows you to define html based email templates within CubeCart and also allows you to set throttling limits - details over on the commercial forums Thanks Ian
