  1. Hi Cubecart Can you please look into this as this would be handy to add to Cubecart Royal Mail has launched a new parcel shipping and tracking application for its business account customers. Designed to enable etailers to improve integration between their IT systems and Royal Mail, the platform gives customers access to all of Royal Mail’s parcel services both for UK and international destinations. Customers will also be able to track the progress of their consignments, check the track status of an item and retrieve the tracking history of their shipment. The system also means new customers can connect their systems to Royal Mail much faster than previously. “Royal Mail is very pleased to introduce our new Shipping and Tracking API which will enable e-retailers to improve and speed up the integration between their own IT systems and Royal Mail,†said Nick Landon, managing director of Royal Mail Parcels. “The new API provides the potential for improved parcels management as well as enabling e-retailers to connect their systems to Royal Mail software much quicker than previously.†Royal Mail said that the new API is part of its investment in new IT systems to make working with the firm and adding new services even easier.
  2. So, I've had this issue since CC3. And I want to fix it in 5. How can I add a couple of links to the admin orders overview screen? Basically, I want a link to PAYPAL and a link to my shipping carrier. What do I need to edit to get this to work? Here's my story on this. CC5 is great, but I still am stuck with Paypal and as I understand it, there is no way to fully integrate Paypal into CC. By that, I mean I can not have information from Paypal inserted automatically into the CC orders. For instance Tracking information when shipping through Paypal. Paypal is my only payment option, so when they pay I use their confirmed address in Paypal to ship. This creates a tracking number in Paypal that I need to manually copy over to the cubecart orders. From there, I used to be able to use Paypal to request carrier pickups, but that link in Paypal is broken so I do that manually now as well. I hate Paypal more and more everyday, but it seems to be the most readily acceptable payment form online. So some minor tweaks to put an admin at ease is great! Thanks!!
  3. When customers are logged in, they can look up their order history. How can I also include tracking info? Data located in admin UI at: Order Summary>>Shipping Information>>Shipment Tracking Code -John
  4. I would like to add tracking to the 'order complete' email. I don't see an example of this macro in 'admindocumentsdocuments.email.inc.php' hlp plz. -John
  5. Hi All I am sure this is a crazy easy answer as I cannot find anybody else asking!!! I want to track conversions on sales from my Adwords account. I have some code that on my old V4 site it went on the skins/content/confirmed.tpl file. However on V5 which file should it go on. I cannot seem to find the file which relates to the order success page.......

    ecommerce tracking

    Hello all, we have correctly installed google analytics ecommerce tracking but for some reason some paypal orders are not registering at all.Does anyone else have this issue, some paypal orders and one or two card payments register on ecomemrce tracking, just wanted to know if anyone had a fix or a solution!   7. Is there anyway in the "order complete" e-mail to include tracking information? I used to use the "notes to customer" section in CC4 but I don't even see that option anywhere in CC5.
