What v6 version are you on? There have been security fixes among the upgrades all along - not sure how recently, however.
-
Have you logged into your SiteLock account to see what the issue was that they detected? Maybe "removed" was more like quarantined????

Just wondering... the random nature of these PP clipped urls... Is this a link being sent to PP that could be malformed by the customer's browser? -

THANKS!! I've never noticed that before. Never had an issue with PP until this week. And mine, also, have clipped links on the ones that did not work properly. -

Where is this "IPN history"/ -
Well, I thought I did that, but I'll try again. lol Must have had a typo - worked that time ! YOU ARE A LIFE SAVER!! For my use it works better to use a comma after the term, since I'm trying to be sure it shows in the keywords - not as part of another word. That keeps caterpillars from being found when I'm actually looking for listings with cat that don't have cats in the keywords.

I don't have any Transaction Log for the ones that were definitely paid but never taken out of Pending by PP. I don't see any kind of Notification Url in the last sale that went through properly in the Request Logs. Is there somewhere else to see the PayPal IPN Notifications? I'm on PHP 5.6.30. -
Thanks, but the only field I'm interested in is the seo_meta_keywords. Your query seems to find too much.

Is there any way to search a particular table to see all listings that have one term, but do NOT have another term in a given field? I add any and all keywords I think customers might use in a search to our meta_data, and our search uses that data. It would be great when I think of something I want to add to the terms to find any that I haven't already included that new term. Similarly, is there any way to find listings in the inventory table that have duplicate terms in the meta data?

I tried our test site with stock search as of current GitHub commit, but it still has the same issues I had before. Bsmither developed a Search for us that disregards the order the search terms are in, as well as limiting the search to AND, not OR. Relevance just does not work for our products. https://forums.cubecart.com/topic/46555-is-there-any-way-to-improve-customer-search-experience/ I've attached mine from live plushcatalog: catalogue.class.php -
Ha! Hadn't noticed - but a little hard to have 7 comments and zero views on a thread. Looks like it started Thursday.

I had my second payment today that did not show as Processing. The other one was 3 days ago, with payment in between that worked. Plus there have been 2 abandoned orders during that time period. Neither one of those customers has responded to my emails. That's a higher than normal for me frequency of issues for such a short time period. I've put in a support ticket with PP, but don't really expect much from that. -

I haven't made a change in mine, either. It's been so long I don't even know how I knew what to put there -

Login to your PP account and see if this takes you to your IPN setting: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-ipn-notify -

It took 24 hours for THEIR emails to us to arrive a couple of days ago. Something's not normal over there. -
All the in between upgrade steps are taken care of by CC - but you will probably have to do the upgrade manually this time. There's an issue with recent upgrades that should be fixed in 6.1.6 - Save all your store files (I FTP mine to my hard drive) and backup your database before attempting the upgrade. Any edits you have made to your code will have to be added back into the upgraded files IF they are still needed.

I had an order today that stayed at Pending - but I had received the PayPal email saying we had been paid. I double checked that the customer mailing address matched the PP address, so I reasoned that it could not be a hacker trying to get free product. I left the listing at Pending until I had created the shipping label. I then manually moved it to Processing and then to Completed. My guess, therefore, is that this is a temporary (I sure hope) PP issue/ -
We just had an order that was still at Pending, even though we had been notified by PP via email that they had paid. Maybe a PP issue?
-
I wouldn't be the one who could do it, but it seems reasonable to be able to edit the Aus Post code to template the dimensions (and post code?) code from the product listing information. There is an Additional Tabs plugin that might help get the dimension and origin zip into the postal plugin.
-
When you list a specific artist's work do they provide dimensions and their post code?

I may have confused the issue by saying the space was seen as - It was NOT shown that way as the Search keyword(s) used. I was trying to convey the idea that there was a trailing space in the customer's search. My Search code is far from stock - the line before you said to add code uses RLIKE instead of Fulltext.
