bsmither
It's not summing into the total the last item ($60.00). The CubeCart developers would really have to look at the entire purchase sequence to find out how that last item can get added to the Cart but CubeCart not realizing it is there to calculate the sub-total. Could this be an instance where the customer, during checkout, hit the Back button of their browser and then added the product? Any chance of contacting the customer to inquire about their experiences at checking out?
Noodleman
this can also happen, quite easily if you manually edit an order once it's placed, or manually add an order.
keat
I'm inclined to agree with Brian on the back button, especially if your cart is configured to email at the pending stage. This happens to us all too frequently. I've since modifed my 'secure checkout' button and gateway landing page to try and aleviate the problem. My 'secure checkout' button now says 'confirm order' And the gateway landing page states 'Your order has been confirmed and is now on it's way to our sales team, do not go back and change anything, if you need to change anything, it's imperative that you call us.' Noodleman
this can also be caused by the order overwrite bugs....
