  1. There are certain parts of creating an order in Admin that don't work completely, like shipping. If it will work for your needs, it may work better to login as the customer from the Customer listing in admin and actually create the order. You can always go back in Admin and change the pricing from the Inventory tab.
  2. It may depend on whether you are on the gateway or the plugin version of PP. I don't know if the IPN is the same or needed for the plugin or not. If you are on the gateway, replace your store url where I have the wording and use that as the url for IPN. I have never used the plugin version, so I can't help with that. Someone else will be along soon hopefully who has the plugin setup on their store.
  3. Intriguing subject. I'm curious to know why you would want this, and how you accomplished it.
  4. MYSTOREURL/index.php?_g=rm&type=gateway&cmd=call&module=PayPal It can take a while for PayPal to post to your PP account and send you an email with the payment notice. Christmas shopping can slow the process down. If the settings are correct, PP should be talking to CC to indicate payment. Goto your Profile in PayPal and double check your My Settings and My Selling Tools entries - particularly Instant Payment Notifications. I use the gateway PP and my IPN setting is MYSTOREURL/index.php?_g=rm&type=gateway&cmd=call&module=PayPal Are you using the gateway PayPal or the plugin PP version?
  5. Welcome to the forums! This is what should happen: Look in the image tab of your admin product listing. There are checkboxes to the right of each file name of the uploaded images in the FileManager box. Click in the box to get a star for the main image and checkmarks for secondary images. Then save. "The image shows up in this box with a check mark that disappears shortly." Can you repeat clicking in the box and get the star?
  6. Have you added a Shipping plugin and enabled it? Do you have weights on your products? I just tried going through the order process and still getting the Shipping Error Message.
  7. There was something about gateway before clicking, but I don't remember it saying Print_Order_Form (that doesn't mean it wasn't there) I understand very little of the waterfall information.
  8. I would suggest you Private Message Bsmither and ask him to message you when he has time to work on this, so you can turn the Print Form back on.
  9. You might want to temporarily take the Print Order choice off until Bsmither is back online. I don't have a clue how to help actually fix the problem.
  10. Since Proceed works, maybe it's some sort of conflict with your PayPal Pro. Does the payment process continue as it should using the PayPal button?
  11. I just tried a test order on your store, and the throbber did not stop, just as you had said. I'm not really the one to interpret all that, but it kind of looks like it's trying to connect to a regular gateway and obviously can't.

  14. Glad you fixed it yourself! But please understand that edits to files will be overwritten on upgrades. You can duplicate your skin file and rename your version, being sure to make corresponding name change in your skin's config.xml.
  15. That should have databased the changes so they survived the upgrade. If they did not, then there is an issue that needs to be explored. But I'm not the one to help with that. Hopefully Bsmither or someone else with the skills will be along soon to help you. What are you upgrading from/to?

  17. Welcome to the forums, @JanL. I've checked my sitemap, and 6.1.1 does create a good timestamp, so it's not a bug. I don't know how to help you, but while you're waiting for someone who can help to be on the forum there are a couple of things you can do. Is your sitemap providing actual correct url's? If so, you can use Find/Replace and temporarily change the timestamp in your sitemap to 2016-06-05T16:58:56-05:00 so you can at least get Google to crawl your sites. If you haven't already, please create the error log and report any messages created when you try to make a sitemap. Please be sure you X out your admin security naming before posting here. It might be helpful to know what you upgraded from and how you did the upgrade, eg. --- from within CC, via cPanel software, upload zipped file, extract, and run setup, OR extract and then upload files??? What is the url for your store? Do you have a complete backup of your store files and your databases?
  18. Hi @Frances Bloomer Welcome to the forums. Sorry you are having troubles. Are you on version 1.0.5 of Stripe? If not, please upgrade to that as a start. I'm assuming you are on CC v6.1.1? Are you using Foundation? Is your skin stock or has it been modified? If you haven't already, please create the error log and provide samples of any messages you get when you try to use the Stripe module. Please be sure to write over your security admin naming with XXX's before displaying here. I don't know anything at all about Stripe, but I'm assuming there is some kind of transaction log in Admin. If you have any entries there, provide those as well. Hopefully someone with the skills to help you will be along shortly.

  20. Hi @never2 Welcome to the forums. Are we to assume you made the changes in the actual language file? If you make your changes in the Admin>Settings>Languages>your language flag> appropriate section found in the drop down menu - your changes will be databased and NOT overwritten on upgrade. It IS possible to copy your UK language files and rename your files - but there's more to it than just renaming the folder.
  21. I checked mine, and it is a complete alphabetical list. What CC version are you on? Have you made any changes recently? What is your store url?
  22. How many images are you talking about? Can you see them in Admin FileManager?
  23. Do the adding and subtracting of lines in these 3 files from GitHub: https://github.com/cubecart/v6/commit/10d4f73cb7177ebad58baeedc56138a6fe76865d When you copy the lines that need to be added, be sure you don't paste the plus signs in your code. I did that the first time I tried to use GitHub.
