  1. Not being the same is fine, as long as it matches. So THAT's not the problem. I just set my test site up to upgrade manually. MY url is https: //dirtybutter.com/testsiteXXX/setup/ (I left a blank to keep the url showing for you) I did NOT do this from within CC - just put the store url with /setup at the end. Yours would be csrocketry.com/setup
  2. OK - so double check that your admin_XXX.php name and admin_XXX folder are the same as it's in includes/global.inc.php.
  3. Did you put the setup folder in the same directory level your admin_XXX folder is?
  4. @rSanjoSEO Can you upload screenshots of your admin option pages?
  5. 6.1.6 is supposed to have the fix for the bug that crept into CC a few upgrades ago. Assuming they solved it, this is the last time you should have to do the manual upgrade.
  6. Foundation is built on a grid of 12 columns, so it should be possible to change the page to show all 8 photos at full size. But it would be FAR from the way stock is coded. If you haven't already, it would probably be a good idea to upgrade to 6.1.6 before creating your own content.product.php page. There are some new files related to the product page that you might need to work with as well.
  7. Is it the same 8 static images, no matter which product is chosen on the homepage or category page? What CC version are you on? What skin are you using?
  8. It sounds like a file permission problem to me, but I could be completely off base with that. @havenswift-hosting is a good one to ask for help with this. Hopefully he'll see your post.
  9. I don't know. Hopefully someone else will answer who can confirm one way or the other.
  10. That's it, but you'll need to change your admin_XXX file and folder naming to something else in global.inc.php now that you've publicized it. Sorry. You have to change the permission before you can edit that file and then change the permission back when you're finished.
  11. Those are all Wordpress files. You want to look in your store root. You're looking for the same level that has the includes folder in it. Whatever naming you have in includes/global.inc.php is to be used - any others in the store root from past attempts to upgrade while this bug was present are extraneous.
  12. It's in CubeCart_option_group, but I don't know anything about options. I don't know if manually changing that setting from the database would have unintended consequences or not. Something is still wrong if you don't have the Required tick box on old ones.
  13. I don't use Options, so I do not think I'm the one to explain this. Hopefully this will help: Is this a new install or an upgrade from an earlier version? If an upgrade - from what?
  14. This has been requested. It might help if you add your comment on the GitHub post. https://github.com/cubecart/v6/issues/1574
  15. Hi @rSanjoSEO Welcome to the forums! I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish. The ability to specify Options for a product is built into CC. What CC version are you using and what skin?
  16. Your Homepage document currently has "Welcome to Our Shopping Cart" as the title.
  17. These are all data based, not in the CC files. So you don't need to be concerned about losing the data on upgrading. BUT, having said that, be sure you have a backup of your database as well as all your files before doing the manual upgrade. Better to be safe than sorry.
  18. Something still doesn't seem right with the options, however. When the jacket is put in the basket from the homepage it does not require any options, such as size and color. When put in the basket from the product page itself, the options are there to choose from, but they are still not required.
  19. Welcome to the forums. Sorry you're having problems. Since it's letting you add something to the basket without requiring options to be chosen, it may have something to do with options. It should not allow that to happen. Please try creating a test product that doesn't have options and see if it goes through.
