  1. There is a message about bookmarking your newly renamed admin folder, plus to delete the setup folder. I don't use the upgrade from within CC, but I don't know of any permissions you are told to change.
  2. Try using this in your Print Order form: <img src="{$STORE_LOGO}" />
  3. Hopefully @bsmither or @havenswift-hosting or someone else knowledgeable will be along soon to help you.
  4. When I goto fsexport.com I see directories. When I open /store/ I'm on a Zencart store. Fsexports.com gives 500 message: fsexsports.com’s server DNS address could not be found. Can you load the Admin? What settings do you have on the SEO tab of store settings?
  5. Hopefully that information will be what's needed to fix your current problem. What payment gateway do you use?
  6. I'm not clear as to exactly what you are doing that now gives a white page. Do you have Debug enabled in your Store Settings? Do you have the error log showing in the store root?
  7. They were identical. I've had this warning for some time, but thought surely I would eventually spot what I was doing that caused it. What does CC do to actually create the naming of a store's cookies? I have one now that I know I didn't have when I originally created my Privacy Policy document. I have changed the naming of admin twice since then, if that has anything to do with it.
  8. The AddThis Plugin has a pinterest_share choice on the Product Listing that Customers use. I just used the AddThis button to add a product to our Pinterest page, but the url is correctly formed. And I use SFWS Automatic Social Media Posts, but that is used manually on the backend, so I know nothing is showing up in the error log when I use that.
  9. While you are waiting for a reply from Noodleman - maybe something here will be of help: https://go.developer.ebay.com/quick-start-guide
  10. This is the access log entry that matches the error log entry: I found a more recent one that also had this same GET with the seo_path= from pinterest.com I cleared the error log and refreshed the odd url with the seo_path styling - and I did NOT get an error message. That doesn't help me - hopefully it tells you something.
  11. How can I figure out where this is coming from? I've tried clicking around to see if I could cause it, but no luck.
  12. I've noticed this url in Users Online several times since upgrading to 6.1.1. I don't remember ever seeing it before. storeURL//index.php?select_skin=mobile|default It does open the Homepage. Where in the world is that coming from??
  13. I used this to change the color of an icon: <font color="#BD0000"><svg class="icon"><use xlink:href="#icon-minus-circle"></use></svg></font>
  14. In Wordpress I use a sitemap plugin that makes several sitemaps - one for posts, another for pages, another for directories that are not part of the actual WP install. It creates a sitemap with links to each sitemap section in it. Would it be possible to split the sitemap into sections, like the Export File page does for number of products in the export?
  15. That sounds doable. But it would certainly not work for our stores - in fact we don't use the categories in our urls at all. Would that trimmed down sitemap not be a problem SEO wise?
  16. Hi @CHPG Welcome to the forums! It sounds like what you need is a way to create sections of the sitemap, much like the Export size can be set in Admin - creating a series of exported files. Or maybe it's a matter of changing the server memory limits???? Sorry I can't help, but hopefully someone will be along shortly who can be of help. What kind of hosting setup do you have? How much control over settings do you have?
  17. From doing an internet search, it appears that IE9 and since should handle SVG icons.
  18. If you are up to making edits to stock code - this thread has how to create a gift packing slip:
  19. I can't help, but someone who can might need to know what CC version you are on. Is this a new issue, or has it always been this way? If it's a new problem - what, if any, changes have you made in the code lately? I got a little confused (doesn't take much for me to do that lol) - Are you using ANY options on ANY product? There are 7 tables in your database dealing with Options in 6.1.1. All fields in mine are all zero, because I don't use options at all.
  20. O You can put your IP address on that tab so you would be the only one who can see it. It can be useful to see an error message right when you know what you just did to cause it.
