Could somebody advise why the following code, place in the .htaccess file, is not executing? On the basket page there is a blue button "Secure Checkout". How can I change the URL this points to?

Hi, I am a complete novice but have, with help from my son, had my site working for several months and am starting to attract business. I have been disappointed with the blank space on my shop's home page banner. I think my logo is the correct size but it looks far too small in context and when I look at other users with v6. I am using the foundation skin. Similarly the logo on my invoices is very small. Logo possibilities attached, any advice/help much appreciated.

Since the upgrade now when I click Recommend button the incorrect image appears??? Where can I find the path error for this please? I don't know if Im allowed to point to the error but if you look at www.RaggedyBird.com you'll see what I mean. Best wishes,.... N. Armstrong.

I have just activated memcached on my server and now my Cubecart Admin says caching is disabled (Apparently this means it is enabled!). How can I verify that my store is actually using memcached?

Hello Good People.... I've used CC for many years now though not from its birth sadly. I have an issue. I wanted to install the Chinese Language. The system allowed me to list Chinese as a language, and even had a slot for the conversion currency for HKD (Hong Kong Dollars) but thats way off and doesnt seem to compute at all so in HKD everything is about 97% discounted. :). Tired of going round in circles..... I want to delete the CHINESE Language I set up. It has no flag. Looks bad. Tries to load in the extension .gif with no prefix for the image filename, I cannot edit or delete this language and am scratching my head as to how on earth to get the languages back as they were. lang1.jpg image shows the missing graphic holder. lang2.jpg shows the impossibility to delete the Chinese error in the language set and will NOT allow status changes.. Help would be superb. Token payment for a technician to go in and sort it is also available. But I cant afford CC's current fees sadly. They wont fit the budget. Thanks for reading. Neil.

How can I Change the contact form to just email. I can't seem to get the email setting to work in the form. Says it has sent but I get nothing in my email.

I need to make the Tax Class a mandatory field when using the Add Product option in the Admin panel. Using CC V6.0.8, the drop down for the Tax Class, in the Pricing Tab of Add Product, shows "Please Select" as the default setting. If the administrator forgets to assign a tax class to the product, the product will still be created, but with a tax class value of 0. I am currently developing some sales reports for my client, which is when I noticed these errant products. My client sells a lot of books, which are zero rated for tax, hence I was the first to spot this. So what I need is a check on the product before it is created, and some sort of error message and/or warning when the tax class has not been sent. I guess that I could live with the products being created, simply with a warning message about the tax class at the top of the screen, but the best solution would be to prevent the product from being created until the tax class had been selected. If this has already been raised as a topic then apologies but I have done a fairly comprehensive search. If this needs a git request raised let me know. Any advice appreciated.

I thought it would be easy to alter the wording on the bottom of the store emails/newsletters so instead of it reading Best wishes from the (store name) staff, however I just can't seem to find where to alter it. The store is Cubecart 6, Foundation Template.

I have just done a new install of 6.0.8 and I can't view the Test product. I also can't create a new product. All that happens is that the dot spins round and round in circles?

I can't seem to login to my admin section as I have in the past. The webpage just remains white with no place to enter login information. I am running version 6.0.8 Any ideas? PS Its just a white screen with no error messages of any kind

We have been running on the latest cubecart for a few weeks now and have noticed 2 orders that did not save the customer entered textbox options for the items for the order. We do know that the customer did enter options for this because if we check the email we received as admins for the order notification, the options are shown and the data the customer entered is shown, however when we look at the order in the backend, it shows nothing being entered for those textbox options for that order. I even checked the database with MyPHPAdmin and the options that the customer entered are not saved in there. This is not happening for all orders only 2 of them are showing this issue out of 60 so in the past few weeks. Any thoughts as to why this is happening? Anybody else seeing this? I have just done a CubeCart 6 install and noticed it has "Fuzzy Time Format" in the Advanced tab for Settings. What is this?

Just a quick question, as i know in v4 is working normal but in v6.0.6 witch i have now not sure if something is not right. So in v6.0.6 if someone comes and creates a new order and i get email "new order" and in admin it say "pending" no the buyer never makes a payment , the script puts item "out of stock" , witch it not suppose to, in till the buyer has paid,and only then the item should go "out of stock"! so this way if buyer don't pay and someone else comes in they can buy and pay. Any settings? that i missed ? in admin or is a bug. Thanks

One of the major advantages of PayPal PRO is that you can use what's called transparent redirect to prevent credit card data from ever touching your own servers and thus more easily achieving PCI compliance. I have PP Pro installed and searched all the files for 'SILENTTRAN' which is the key used to notify PayPal to bypass your server, but it was not found. I'm not sure how to determine whether the integration is using a hosted checkout page which, if it does, also eases PCI compliance in a similar manner. Does anyone happen to know the nitty-gritty details or have any advice on how to achieve PCI compliance (other than installing a TSL/SSL certificate) while using this plugin?

I would like to know how I can show my store phone number in two places: On the Contact Us formOn the product page right below the "Add to cart" button (see attached)I did experiment by adding the phone number and address to the Copyright page, but it did not stand out too well, and i want to make it really easy for customers to find the phone number. Hello Cubecart Forums, I seem to be having an issue and I am not entirely sure where to start, our store is pumping out the below approx every 1-2 seconds in the error log. The store seems to be working fine at the moment but any attempts to use in inbuilt error log viewer results in general unpleasantness. I downloaded the log to view it but cant find an editor happy with the entire 1Gb file but I managed to scrape out the below. Any thoughts? Is there a way of changing the order of how the address boxes are displayed at the Checkout please? (Cubecart 6, Foundation Skin) I've altered a few files but nothing has worked. It's currently displaying Postcode, Country, County, however it should be displayed at County, Postcode, Country.
