  1. Hi, I keep getting problems with the AIO module in that I'm receiving a warning stating: 'Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country.' I have set this all up and included the UK as a shipping zone, I have tried all sorts and have now just added shipping method 'Per Item' and have successfully got through to the next stage but unless other shipping modules may be suitable for us we need to use All In One. We sell fragrances so will be setting prices based on 3 weights and sending via Royal Mail which we will for now be hand delivering to the Post Office for delivery, any suggestions or help appreciated.   2. I too am getting the dreaded However it seems my issue is different from the UPS issue and the USPS issue. I don't have either of those modules installed. I have the free All in One Shipping module. It is set up to ship to the US or Canada. It is set so that there are 3 shipping tiers. $5 for orders to $14.99, $10 for orders from $15 to $29.99, and Free for $30 and above. If I place an order for 3 packages of one flavor small dog treats in my shopping cart I get the error. If I put 4 packages or 2 packages of one flavor small dog treats in the shopping cart, I don't get the error. If I put in 3 small packages of one flavor and 3 small package of another flavor, I get the error. If I put in 3 small packages each of 3 different flavors, I don't get the error. If I put any OTHER item in the shopping cart along with the three packages of small dog treats that had caused an error previously, I don't get the error once the other item is in the cart. Here are my thoughts.... (and do keep in mind I'm not good at this type software) 1. I don't think it's an issue with weight because 2 packages work and 4 packages work while 3 packages doesn't. 2. I don't think it's a problem with ship to country since it will ship to me all the other times. 3. It may be an issue with the product listing but I wouldn't think so because 2 and 4 packages don't give me the error just the 3 packages. 4. As far as I can tell, it's only an issue when I put small dog treats in my cart. The medium and large seem to do well. The collars and leashes don't appear to have troubles either. 5. Of all the shopping carts I've tried I like this one best but I'm so out of my element in trying to find the solution. At least I am pretty patient for troubleshooting. 6. I went into one of the stores last night I put up and it's been working good for over a year now, but when I got a call last night it wasn't n I checked I found my Canada Post Shipping Module was missing causing a error . Even after reinstalling it I'm still getting this error. v6.0.12 "The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries."

I'm sure whatever I'm doing wrong is super simple, but I've added USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and every time I refresh my cart, I get an error that says "Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country." Not sure what I'm doing wrong, and could use some advice. The products in the cart weigh 0.40 lbs, I've set the Country to US, and everything *seems* to be in agreement, yet the problem persists. Any advice or guidance would be helpful! Thanks!
  6. When I do a test checkout, I get: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I have the usps module activated, I have a username added, my items have weight, what else do I need? I do NOT have packaging sizes set, because almost every shipment will be different sizes. I just want a rough shipping estimate according to weight.

I cannot make any sense to it since they basket weight is normal and I ship to other places in the same state. The best I can tell is USPS doesnt return a value when shipping is requested. Any other ideas? Hi, this is likely a dumb thing on my part but just updated cart from 5.2.3 to 5.25 and clients cant' checkout and get and error saying "unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries" then empties cart. Since we sell services which have NO shipping - no weight, etc., per "service" ... it seems like we previously just had shipping turned off. Now it seems the store wants to require a shipping choice. HELP! :-) Normally I'm a smarty pants on these things, but can't locate where I should deactivate any/all shipping requirement. Addition: and YES, the green checkmark "allow no shipping" is checked under admin > store settings >features (UPDATED to show correct versions.)

I installed the canadapost plugin, requested and entered my Merchant ID, put box dimension and weight, but I can't get it to do anything, all i get is the follow error The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I tried the 'all in one shipping' just to make sure I wasnt something something wrong, but that worked just fine. I disable it before enabling the canadapost one. Can anyone help? it seems like it should work out of the box.

Just installed the USPS plugin V1.1.2 in a new install of CC_V6.0.12,, My userID is filled in, zip (800304232) weight =50 package= Regular,, size= variable.and Status is checked along with Machinable.Services are First Class options and Priority options. When I test order a product I get this ERROR: : The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. It is almost as if the cart does not see the USPS plugin. I even used the same zipcode for the order destination. I super really need to figure this out,, any help would be greatly appreciated.

  14. So, I had an item that for some reason was listed at 1.00 LB in the store. Well, there was a "digital" shipping method which went from 0.00 - 1.00Lbs under All in One Shipping. At the same time, there was another option that was 1.00LB - 5.00LB The problem is that when I went and deleted the "digital" option, the item that was labeled as 1.00LB in my store is giving the customers this error message. "The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries." I have deleted the cache, but the error is still coming up. Anyone have any ideas???
  15. A customer in (South) Korea tried to order and got this message: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. I am shipping from the U.S. and linking to the USPS website. Have had no problems for over a year. When I go onto my site and try to order with a Korea shipping address, I get the same message, for any of my products, all with product weights that are not above any limits. I've checked my USPS module and "Korea, Republic of" is listed in the allowed zones. I even called USPS and inquired to see if the problem could be on their end, and they assured me there's no blockage in shipping to Korea. In the backstore, in Settings/Countries&Zones, Korea is listed in Countries. Not sure what else to check. Any ideas as to what the problem is?

I'm setting up a new web site with v6.0.1 and I'm getting the same error message with the CanadaPost pluggin: The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. I'm running cubecart 5.1.4 on another web site and I copied over the exact plugin settings. The error occurs always shows up even before and after the customer puts in an address. I called GoDaddy to open up port 30000 but they won't because it's a shared hosting. Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

I disabled that option and now with "OHIO" as the zip code it at leasts give the following message if I try to checkout: "The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. At least now it seems that will stop it from happening again. Thanks for suggesting looking into that. I was not associating the "allow no shipping" option with zip code typos at all. I was thinking of it as for allowing local pickup or items or downloadable items that are not shipped. Don

Also trying to setup my CanadaPost but keep getting "Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries." when I go to check out. but I think it's the canadapost extension that I've not got 100%. Tried a couple of others shops and this is proving to be the best I've trialled so far and will likely keep with it. Thanks

I'm at a total loss...It's been a few years since I set up a website but I think I have gone through every option twice and can't find the problem.
