Hi. I'm new and totally new to CubeCart. I've done quite well and am feeling quite chuffed that I have managed to get my store up and running with a couple of products.... but I have just noticed that the category description font is like out of control and I have no idea how to fix it or if I did something e.g. http://tedandfriends.com.au/coffee-time-multipack-3-machine-embroidery-designs-to-suit-4-x-4-hoop-instant-download-put-the-coffee-on-pass-the-donuts.html You can't miss it. This is my first install of CubeCart, I installed it locally first and noticed that when I clicked on login or a product, it doesn't actually take me to those pages. The URL changes, but the page doesn't, is this just CubeCart be default? Is there something I'm missing that I need to do or should have done to configure it properly? I have setup another install on a spare domain I have just to see if it was my local server config but I get the same thing live - http://www.centrenetsolutions.co.uk/ I just doesn't work like the demo at all - https://demo.cubecart.com/cc6/ - like clicking through to a new page just doesn't seem to work for me. Any idea why this is happening?

Hello, So i was trying to upload/import a new csv file to my store and made a backup copy to the database and the exported csv file. Then i did the import for about 30 items/products and then when i went back to the site,not sure what happen but all my product where gone!. So based on this picture: Bellow at those to boxes ,what do i need to check or i don't? What i am doing is : updating with new products to my site that don't exists! So i am not updating stock or whatever i have ,all i am doing is adding new stuff. So do i check those 2 boxes or no,or one of them? Thanks for any advice. Regards.

Hi There, since yesterday it was not able to enter the shop, all you get is a blank page... The admin panel works fine, I can go everywhere and do everything there. But no chance to get to the shop itself. There were no changes done by me during the last two weeks, so I have no idea what went wrong here. Can you please help me out? What info do you need? Hi, I'm trying to place a 'Page Peel' script onto my website to advertise Sale Items - Got the 'Peel' working but the problem is, I only want it to appear on the 'Home' Page. I've tried adding a basic bit of PHP to determine the URL but I think that the 'HTTPS' combined with the '.htaccess' are preventing me getting the correct one, so my if/else script doesn't work. Can anyone assist?

Hiya I'm to improve the SEO rankings for my website. I'm starting to make progress but I'm noticing that if I do a search for lets say pirate costumes ireland or flapper costumes it brings me up alright but gives description of my webpage but not the category or webpage. Is this caused by a conflict between having a meta description and meta title in both documents and in the search engine of store setting. Should I delete one of them and if so which one? Hello, We have recently upgraded one of our websites to CubeCart V6 and have noticed that there is an issue when trying to add / update a products description, none of the text area boxes seem to be showing.. The only errors we are getting in our console log are; GET http://website.com/store/includes/ckeditor/config.js ckeditor.js:16 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined ckeditor.js:96 Has anybody had a similar issue or could point me in the right direction to getting this fixed? I get all the emails to admin for pending,processing , but when i put order as complete i see that client gets the email ,but admin "not", i want to be able to get a copy of it also ! as it was in cc4. Thanks,

[SOLVED] I am constantly getting this error - The requested URL /login.html was not found on this server. It is spread across all links in the website. I have done some very successful install previously, but this one just beats me. I have the SEO set up right (I hope so), Rewrite is on, permissions are in place. This is my 4th CC install in a test environment and never had problems before this. So, here is what I did again: Cleaned up previous install Re-enabled rewrite in apache Restarted the server reinstalled CC606 And the error persists!! Solution is below: Change AllowOverride None to AllowOverride All in apache2.conf for document root /www/

Hello, We are currently running CC 6.0.6. Our store sells garments with printed graphics applied to T-shirts, Long Sleeve T's, sweatshirts, Ladies apparel, etc.. The customer first selects the graphic (product) and next selects the garment style, color, size. Our problem is that not all garment types are available in the same colors. What we desire is: 1. customer selects product (Graphic) 2. then selects garment type 3. At this point we need to have the following option variables (such as color ) to be determined by the selection in step number two. (example they pick ladies racerback tank that is only available in 3 colors instead of a T-shirt that is available in 10 colors)

Hello All, I am having a bit of an issue with the SEO for our site. All categories have a ?page=all variant which in the foundation skin does not go anywhere or do anything. Therefore I have pages competing against themselves for position as the rel canonicals are not working in these cases and it is identified as a separate page. How I mean not working here is for example .... www.examplestore.com/prodcuts/product.html?page=all .... should rel canonical to www.examplestore.com/prodcuts/product.html but instead includes the pagination of ?page=all identifying it as a separate and unique page. I know this issue was discussed previously last year, however it was not in the context of the foundation skin where the pagination actually has no function and serves no purpose. I have tried to 301 the urls with ?page=all but have not had any success so far Any steer here would be very much appreciated. Kealan

seems in CC6 customer get too many emails from us Seems that customer gets 7 emails from us with every order a confirmation of ordera confirmation that their order is booked inconfirmation of order processedconfirmation of payment receivedconfirmation that order is now completeand this is on top of any email they get from paypal if paying paypaland the email they get from courier companyI understand last 2 are out of our hand but can someone suggest how at least first 2 can be combined and stop "order processed" email?

Hello, I am new to cubecart. I am trying to modify the Contact us form to request the user to include a phone number and concatenate that information with the email "enquiry" section (i.e. email message body). I'm looking for someone to help me understand, step by step, how I can most easily do this. I am using the "Foundation" skin/template and have been trying to play around with the content.contact.php file - I have managed to get it to display a field for entering the phone number, but I don't know how to get the information to be added to the email body.

Hello, so I did the jump from version 3 to version 6 (no upgrade, but separate installation). Pretty happy with the result, only one thing is 'annoying'. As you can notice with here under attachment, the URL rewriting works, but does not recognize the langage specific coding (here, French) If for instance you create a new product, and name it, for the sake of the exercise 'Salade Composée'. Then, the url will be this one: http://www.forcemajeure.com/blog/livres/salade-compos-e.html while it should be http://www.forcemajeure.com/blog/livres/salade-composée.html I checked on the DB side, tables are properly set to UTF8, then tried to have a look deeper in the site files, but there I'm sort of lost.
