  2. I've understood little to nothing of this whole thread - but I am so pleased to hear you finally have your install working properly!!
  3. Glad it's taken care of, but don't understand why that fixed it. Did it pull up the page to be printed before you changed the Status? I just tried printing a Cancelled order and it worked for me.
  4. I would like our customers who need help finding a toy to be able to attach a jpg, but there would need to be a reasonable limit on the size of the image. Ideally it would only be available if they chose the Help Finding department, but that's not a deal breaker.
  5. Bsmither or Havenswift might be the best ones to help with something server related, which appears to be what this error message has to do with (from a quick Google search). Hopefully it's temporary and will resolve on its own. While you're waiting for someone knowledgeable to come along, you might try clearing all cache in CC and the browser and trying again. Is there anything unique about that particular order? Any unusual characters in the address, etc? Have you looked at the order information in cPanel to see if something looks odd there?
  6. I'm using a very modified Foundation skin, so I'm not sure about Mican. I decided to try leaving the Form submission email address blank and test the contact us email again. I only received the one email from the department I expected.
  7. There doesn't seem to be any difference in the ckeditor files from 6.0.11 to 6.0.12.
  8. Mine are getting sent to the Department AND to the main email address. Maybe it's something I'm causing with some code edit I've made? I'd love to stop the one to the main email address.
  9. Assuming Minimalizer is responsive, like Foundation - be sure you check to see what happens width wise on a small phone as well.
  10. Please be sure your /includes/global.inc.php has values for your website and not something left over from your local installation. That was Bsmither's advice to someone else with the same error message, but the thread was not resolved.
  11. Glad to hear it's working, @SHAWN YUMI . Do you now have the IOnCube Loader installed, or have you just renamed the module to keep it from loading until the Loader is installed?

  19. I managed to lock myself out of the Security plugin when my Charter account changed my IP address - I had mistakenly thought I had a permanent IP address with our internet provider. I'll PM the url to the directions for the spam control code @digiscrapcafe That's all I use.
  20. I think there IS a way to add the Foundation style Recaptcha to v5 skins, but I don't know how.
  21. We found this check of submitted registration data to be very useful, but I don't want to call too much attention to the solution. Do a little searching on the forum. AGH!! It's not on this forum, but the 3rd party forum. There is a discussion of Spam Control.
  22. I can agree with EVERYTHING you have said about Daren of SemperFiWebServices and Bsmither!!! They have both been super patient with me, and yes, I've fussed at my own stupidity on more than one occasion. But they've always been gracious. We, too, sell used items where the description of condition is so important. One thing I did that you might want to consider - I took the Buy button OFF the homepage and catalog listings, so buyers have to see the description and details before they can put the item in the basket. Our button says Details and takes them to the listing instead of the basket.
