Hi Guys, Something on our website changed over night and now we're getting the following error both with our cubcart store and the admin site: Fatal error: Class 'Memcache' not found in ....../public_html/classes/cache/memcache.class.php on line 33 any ideas on where to start looking?

I need to change or remove the free shipping box. Can someone help me? I can not find where to edit this section of the store. See attachment below. Thanks in advance Quality Bath and Body Products.html

I was originally trying to edit my store and was unable. I noticed I needed to upgrade. Installed the latest upgrade unable to access website or admin site. I don't think it completed the process. I receive the error below. Hi, Is there anyway to remove "Shipping: {if $DATA.ship_method}({$DATA.ship_method}){/if}" from emails and change it to Shipping: {if $DATA.ship_product}({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}? When using the All in One Shipping that wording is what is shown in the emails. Pretty unprofessional. If I change it to ship_product then the customer will know how their order was shipped since my AIOS is setup that way. Right now I just deleted {if $DATA.ship_method}({$DATA.ship_method}){/if}" from the email templates, but this isn't showing the customer what carrier was used. Thanks in advance, Claudia

Hey all, i have my google analytics connected and reporting site visits, but its not recording ecomm data, i have ecomm enabled in analytics, but nothing is being sent, do i need to do anything on the CC side other than add the analytics ID to the store settings page?

Hi All, in our cubecart shop we have currently about 120k Products. Since the last import of products i see problems on the storefront (white pages) and error-messages like the one below in the error_log file: [28-Nov-2016 09:37:53 Europe/Berlin] PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 879730688) (tried to allocate 166163888 bytes) in /homepages/29/d649162713/htdocs/clickandbuilds/cubecart/7BioScienceShop/classes/cache/file.class.php on line 227 The error above came up after i selected "ALL" in the page naviagtion of a category with 8867 Pages (12 Products per page) It looks like cubecart uses up all memory avalable. My hosting provider informed me that there is a memory limit of 512MB per process in his shared hosting environments - so there is nothing he can do about this. He said if we really need mor memory per process we have to switch to a dedicated server for our shop. Is there any way to reduce the memory consumption per process of cubecart? kind regards Christian

Hi All, i have currently the Problem that when i try to rebuild the sitemap it takes a long time and than ends with the attached screen. I have alread activated the error_log using the file ini-custom.inc.php as suggested by bsmither in a different Topic. The Shop is running CC 6.1.1 and has currently about 39000 Products loaded. Since it is planed to increase the number of products to about 800.000 I´m a little bit worried about this issue. Hopefully somebody has an idea how this issue can be fixed. kind regards Christian

I just uploaded to the new update 6.1.1 and when I upload a picture it wont save the picture. it is around 97kb

This may sound suspicious, but it's with good purpose. I sell items sometimes out of the store, but still process the invoices and such through the store manually. Quite often I get testimonials and reviews via email or over the phone. Is there a way an admin can add a testimonial or review to a product within the admin control panel? I only see the ability to edit/delete. Thanks!

Is it possible to upload images into cubecart using url links? i.e If I have a list of urls that link to each of my images can I use this list for importing rather than have to import the images individually (as they are located on several different servers)

When trying to use a coupon code it does not allow me to get to the gateway screen. My first alert box says: Thank you. That code has been accepted and discount applied to your basket. Then a second message says Promotional Code has been removed from our basket. And it does not allow me to checkout I am currently running 6.1.0 .... I cannot do the upgrade because there is way too much customized work involved in this website

I have upgraded to v6.1.1 with the new security line in the url it work fine on the computer I did the upgrade on but when I try on my laptop it redirects to store front and not the admin panel?

I upgraded my CC3 store to CC6 earlier this summer and received a lot of help here and it has been running well since. I've added a few mods and thought I was pretty much sorted, until I re-instated my Christmas ordering page and edited it for this year. I realised that I had never tested the Gift Certificates, having set the variables some months ago. Thankfully I haven't sold one in this time, but if I am likely to, it'll be at this time of year. Having now tested them, they don't appear to be working well - as Admin, I don't see any of the information the customer adds when ordering, such as their message, name of the recipient and even their choice of email or physical Certificate. Therefore I am currently unable to process the Certificates on their behalf. I've temporarily changed it to post only, so that an e-mail isn't sent to the recipient and I've edited the language file to ask the customer to email me their requirements instead. All I see in Admin for an order is that it's a Gift Certificate that's been ordered and the value. The code for it (presumably the bit the customer/recipient would enter in the cart for payment) only appears in the Gift Certificate tab of the coupon area of admin. I'm using v. 6.0.11 and with a modded custom skin eTone. I do have Force Order Completed Emails selected. The process seems to work as expected, but the data entered isn't sent to me or the customer making the purchase - it isn't there in their account if I log in as the customer. In my testing, I've not paid for the certs I've bought, but have manually changed the order status from Pending to Completed - with email GCs, this then generates a message to the named recipient, but I (nor the customer who bought it) can see the details. Hi I have recently updated cubecart from version 6.1.0 to 6.1.1 and after receiving a cart order I tried to print an invoice and it is return the below server error. Internal Server Error "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." I have been on with my web hosting team and they cannot find any error on their side. If I reinstall version 6.1.0 it works fine. can anyone provide some assistance with this please

We are looking to put together a site which will mostly be descriptive of fitness courses available. There will be the opportunity to book on a course using the eCommerce features of CubeCart but most of the site will not involve items for sale, it may not even require the concept of a "basket". Is is possible to design pages which do not involve products from a catalogue and if so, what is involved? Thanks for any help.

Hello, Virtual Merchant recently changed their domain to https://classic.convergepay.com/VirtualMerchant/ but i see no updates on the extension plugin. My cart successfully processes a transaction (I can see the amount being charged to my credit card) but on click on the "return to shopping cart" button i get a 500 error page. If i refresh the page it takes me back to the shopping cart with an "order placed successfully but it is pending until processed by the credit card". on the back end i see the order as pending and in the history log i see it as "processing". Anyhow, the order confirmation is never sent because the order is still "Pending" therefore i cannot use the shopping cart Any suggestions? thank you!

I had tried to do this on my own, but no matter what I did, I didn't get a title to show up on my sitemap page. foe those that don't know, I have the "loc" and "lastmod" in sitemap.xml and the stylesheet in simple.xsl. all I tried doing was adding <H1> and <H2> in the <body style....> section. they didn't show on my sitemap.
