I wonder if you can help. I just installed the google microdata plugin on my site but when i click on it it gives the message in the image.
I checked with the hosting and ioncube is installed. I installed it with the token option. Is there something I may be missing or need to do. Or is there documentation. I also logged out and logged back in.

Sorry, I had typed out a reply to this straight away yesterday and thought it had posted but see that it isnt there so have no idea where it went !
Our plugin isnt integrated with Magic Tool Plus and as we dont have a licence for it, it has never been tested (as far as I am aware anyway) however, my understanding is that MTP works on images on the product page and our plugin works on Latest Product images on the homepage and product images shown on the category listing page so if that is the case there will be no interaction and no problems. Our plugin does require some small changes to a couple of the skin template files but we could install a 7 day demo for you if you are interested to test it and if any changes are needed to make it work with MTP then we can talk about what work is required

Yeah, I figured I'd never get it working so I installed Zen Cart. If I had known you were there, I'd have waited. After 4 days of fighting with it, I guess I just gave up.

You need to post a new thread in the forum, rather than use the PM. Please be sure to indicate what version you are on and what skin you are using. Also if any recent changes to hosting, etc., may have affected checkout.
There are several regular helpers on the forum, most of which are much more knowledgeable in CubeCart code than I am.
Hopefully someone will be able to help you quickly.
