Have a site with several MySQL databases, one being a CubeCart store. When the MySQL dump files are being ftp'ed off site for storage, all are fine except the CubeCart store file which refuses to FTP, citing: put: Access failed: 550-Virus Detected and Removed: SiteLock-PHP-EVAL_REQUEST-cx.UNOFFICIAL store_20170312133901.sql: Operation not permitted Anyone know of any issues with CubeCart that would cause this behavior?

Hi, I'm currently getting the following error's after upgrade The following errors were detected: Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.htm`. Please optimise this source image. Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.html`. Please optimise this source image. Not enough memory to create thumbnail from `index.php`. Please optimise this source image. I know these error are coming from the index.htm, index.html and index.php files that are located on most every directory which are 404 error message file, directory not not allowed error file and etc. I also know that if I remove these three files from the images directory's that's trying to create a thumbnail from them will fix error, but my concern is if the directory will be safe without them? Would appreciate any advise on this said issue if anyone has any knowledge on this error or is it a bug since never happened before. Thank you! Eddie

Hi, I've been trying to remove state/county from checkout form page, up until now all i had to do is change cubecart/validate.js file for state from true to false and it has been working fine, but when i change it now i get stuck on checkout page. When i hit the checkout button for few seconds it will redirect me to next page and jumps back. Also tried to hide it from checkout.confirm.php file but get same result. It would be really helpfull to resolve this, choosing from dropdown list makes customers not friendly experience at checkout. I'm using foundtation skin and also lookup address,county in UK is no longer required. Any advise will be appreciated.

Okay, so I have manually upgraded to v6.1.5 and I can see the database now has some issues - this was to be expected. However, I wasn’t expecting the link to a "database checker tool" to be just a link to a discussion elsewhere and the comments by Al Brookbanks aren’t much help... “Please use a tool such as phpMyAdmin to make any required changes” ... erm, yes, so how exactly? There appear to be two types of error message. This is what I am looking at: CubeCart_admin_users.admin_id has a key type KEY but expecting PRIMARY. Sometimes customers are lazy and "have no time to create an account", but since I want revenue I gladly help them. Customer List -> Add new customer, add the name, "Unregistered customer" and Save. Done. Then heading to "Address book", add new address, and the customer name - again - before saving. The name is a required field, too. Why? What's the purpose of forcing me to type the name twice?

I am having an issue with taxes on my site. When no coupons are used, the taxes calculate properly. but when a coupon is added. (either % or value) the tax ends up calculating wrong. I cannot figure out how it comes to the rate it applies. I am on CubeCart Version 6.1.5, The tax rate that should be applied is 13% pictures are worth 1000 words, so I'll try to show what is happening through the following pictures. Here is an order where the tax is calculating wrong. The Subtotal is $73.80 ($82-$8.2). Tax of 13% should mean HST = $9.59. Yet a tax rate of $8.42 is applied. (11.41% ????) This is the coupon that was applied Here are the tax details and tax rules I have looked through the code but can't figure out how the tax is being applied wrong. i have not modified my cart.class.php (it is original) Has anyone seen this behaviour before? or is there something that i have set wrong in the coupon or tax? any help would be appreciated, Thank you!

Hi, I've had a dig around and can't see any threads on this, nor any plugins available... I have a number of products which are on sale and want to be able to set up my product to revert to it's normal price at a certain date and time in the future. Can this be done? It's so that I can do this in advance say, on a Sunday afternoon, rather than having to go in at "silly a.m." to do it at the crack of dawn on the actual day. If this turns into a feature request / plugin, catering for normal price changes as well as sale price changes would be good - in essence, a way to future date & time the price management of a product. Hi All, We have just had an instance of a customer ordering 3 of our digital download Journals, cubecart emailed him a dowload link, as it had set the sales status to completed but no payment was received. We have been selling our digital journals for a few years now and this is the first instance of this happening. Is there a way I can stop the digital download going into completed status? Hi, I was able to do this in other versions of CC6 but not in 6.15. I want ALL wording of All in One Shipping removed from every part of my website including emails. For the most part I have done this - except for the Order History page .. Pending, etc.. It shows like this now: (I want the USPS: priority to show as that is my name in AIOS. I want the All in One Shipping removed). I have disabled shipping groups. Thanks in advance for any help.

hello everyone, i just set up cubecart 6.1.5 and the installation went fine. The storefront also looks good but when i want to login, nothing happens except behind .php ?_g=login appears. when i type in a incorrect password i get a 500 error. i have had the same issues before when trying cc 6.1.4. i am running on a local machine using xampp on windows 10, this is just for trial/development use. kars noordhuis

My last upgrade took me to version 6.1.1 on 14th-Nov-2016 My admin folder is on a custom URL - I have php 7.0.16 - ZipArchive check has passed. Dashboard prompts me to upgrade but the upgrade/maintenance section says I have the current version. I can see other posts talking about stalled upgrades, upgrades failing, database crashes and things like that and wonder whether it may be best to wait a while for these issues to be worked out. Or should I put myself through the time and effort of a manual upgrade. All previous admin section upgrades have gone well so I am a but surprised to see I am now 4 updates behind, and yet there is no prompt to upgrade. A bit of a puzzle.

I am trying to revise the default email template to remove the extra table and use a custom logo. Also change the font to Verdana 12 px. But it keeps adding code and changing stuff ... adding paragraph codes, moving </header> . I just exported a copy of my cubecart database prior to fiddling/upgrade and was browsing through when I noticed things like this in the CubeCart_search table: HTTP://SVZTGXEPMYEU.COM/ - or other random letter url always the same length (these were early on in the list so I expect they're old) SLEEP(3) - often as part of a longer string like '2015&#39;&AMP;&AMP;SLEEP(3)&AMP;&AMP;&#39;1' BENCHMARK(2999999 MD5(NOW())) &AMP;#1575;&AMP;#1604;&AMP;#1605;&AMP;#1610;&AMP;#1585;&AMP;#1594;&AMP;#1606;&AMP;#1610; - or part/similar \\&QUOT;X\\&QUOT;=\\&QUOT;X - or - &#39;X&#39;=&#39;Y - or similar KM;L&#39;/;M&#39;/ SIDIVYA;VIDEOXXX;X I'm not sure what they might be sniffing for, but the MD5 suggests they are looking for a password weakness in the HTML output - and I guess they're testing if the search function mines the page code and not just the displayed text.

My site was working fine up until 3 days ago and I got this errorFatal error: Call to undefined function apc_fetch() in /home/kweenbee/public_html/store/classes/cache/apc.class.php on line 172 I contacted go daddy that hosts my site and they say that it is a caching error that they can do nothing for. I've not fiddle with the code at all and have used nothing but the front line access to add products to my store and the occasional mod. I have no idea why this has happened. I'm using the 6.1.4 version and have not done the most recent update. I know next to nothing about coding and can't even access the admin page through the website. Please help!

Hi! I use Russian symbols in the "product name" field and it shows without any problem everywhere. However, when I export catalog and open it in Excel Russian symbols are shown wrong. If I open .csv file in UltraEdit and save it as UTF-8 file then it is opened in Excel without any problems. But I don't know what is original code-page of .csv file to use external converters (UltraEdit recognizes it automatically). Could you be so kind to give me the clue what code page is use by default in .csv file and is it possible to change inside CC615 it to avoid additional manual convertation? Thank you.

Hello! As I found, when I use a search form it use only product name and product description fields as an area for search. I would appreciate if you help me to add the manufacturer field to an area of search. For example, I have a products by 'QQQ' manufacturer (without 'QQQ' in names and descriptions). I want to enter 'QQQ' as a search keyword and receive a list of this products as a result of search request. Thank you.

One product have two options: assembled (+X increased cost) and kit (0 increased cost). This works as expected. Now, this product comes in two colors; red and blue. The price is the same for both colors, i.e. nothing in the store (stock, cost, etc) is changed. Except for the physical color. But, I can't get this option combo to work. In option groups, I have "Color" (radio button) with Red/Blue as option attributes. I also have "Assembled" (dropdown list) with Assembled/KIT as option attributes. All options are enabled. The "Assembled" group shows up in the object description, "Color" does not. I also tried to make an Option Matrix of the four combinations, to no avail. Question 1: How do I get these two option groups to work? The "Assembled" group is mandatory, i.e. the user has to select (and this works). The "Color" group should be optional, using "Red" as default. Question 2: If I change a text or anything in the options, the change is not reflected immediately when I refresh my browser. Even a network refresh (shift+F5) does not get the updated text. In fact, sometimes it takes several minutes for changes to appear, if they ever do. Why is this?

Trying to upgrade to the latest version (6.1.5) from the previous version of v6.1.4. When I go to "Upgrade Now" and click on it, the page starts its thinking and then results in a blank screen. If I hit the back button or go back to the main store admin link, nothing has changed. In the past if this has happened, it would take me to the install upgrade screen. However, this is no longer the case. I am unable to automate the upgrade process. I do not want to continue if this is a potential problem/issue in the making. Can't risk it regardless of having file and database backups. Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated!

For some of my products, the customers can choose whether they want a kit (to build themselves), or a pre-assembled device. Adding options for this was very straight forward, but I fail to see anywhere where I can use translated strings for the options. "Färdigbyggd" and "Byggsats" makes perfect sense to Swedish persons, but for non-Swedish those words are probably gibberish. How can I use localized product options?
