Hi, I am looking to offer customers the option of paying by instalments and wonder please if other cubecart users have found a provider. My products are approx £25. I currently use Paypal which is working ok. Suggestions most welcome. BTW I am completely hopeless at tech and rely on Al to get me through hiccups.

I am setting up new zones in the All in One Shipping module so I can use zip codes. Example: Zone 2 (This is the name I gave in AIOS) is for the states kentucky and indiana. I just now created a Zone 2 Zips to show the zip codes for Zone 2 based on the UPS zone chart (for zip codes). I have the “Use first matching zone only” set in the AIOS module, but it is still giving me rates for both zones. I need it to show the rates for the zip code. If zip code is not available then go to the state zone. Here is the AIOS debug info: - Postcode range search: 42100 - 42799 (MATCHED!) >>> Shipping zone [ID 46] matches the delivery address! Hi, I just intstalled the USPS shipping module and noticed it is only offering retail rates. Is there anyway to change this so it will only offer the commercial based rates. Also where is the rate option for Parcel Select? Also how do you get it to give the correct rates on an oversized package? Thanks in advance! Claudia

Hi, We were wondering why the Facebook posts are different for cc3 and cc6 (cc3 providing a better post!) If we copy the address of a product and simply paste it in to Facebook...The CC3 version also displays the image. The cc6 version doesn't show the image and also captures the Meta Description so all posts are the same, apart from the title of the product. We have found the copy and paste of the title in the address bar really handy over the years but seems cc6 has brought this quick way of posting to an end? Any suggestions on how to solve this issue would be much appreciated. Regards Gary

Hello. I am just beginning to learn about internet payment software and Cubecart seems interesting, especially with it's free extensions and payment gateways. Is it possible to use few of them at once on a website? Or I will be forced to focus on just one to make it work?

I am testing what happens on registering a new customer. Customer does not receive a confirmation e-mail. I have a Code Snippet: Manage Hooks -> Code Snippets -> Send registration confirmation email = checked as active, contains settings and php code. Is there any way on registration to be sent mentioned above: registration confirmation email ? Thanks!

Hi I am trying to install an extension on my local machine just using simple token which i copied from extension directly on Cube Cart Official Website (https://www.cubecart.com/extensions/shipping-methods/flat-rate). Hello... It's the weekly question from the CC Noob, hoping you can help me. Is there a way to attach a customer group to an order? I have all of my customers (I have a limited, captive customer list) assigned to customer groups. When the order comes in, some of our people do not know who the customer/order comes from. If I have the customer group added to the order, it goes a long way on processing the order. Note on customer number: We use a Microsoft product for our accounting system. The first part of the customer group (a four digit number) corresponds with the accounting system customer ID, while the last part is a city designator (Example: 9876-NYNY). Hello, after some failed attempts to marry WordPress and CubeCart together, (not that it didn't work, but rather I was not liking the way it operated) I decided I would try my hand at it again at a later date, but for now, I need my store back to normal. Of course, I backed up the website, the store, the databases, and even the files outside of 'public_html'. I was able to FTP the files all back in place no problem. I used PHP MyAdmin to recreate the database structures and import the SQL files. They all seem to have gone through with no errors, but NONE of my images are actually connected to the products anymore. Also, even though my backup files were of v4, everything still looks like v6 (which I updated to BEFORE doing anything WordPress related). I am hosted by BlueHost and any insight you can give me would be appreciated.

We've updated a site from v4 to v6, which all seemed to go through fine and the front end pages are running superfast, like 0.5 sec loadtime, but admin pages are shockingly slow, taking 45sec to 90sec to save changes to products for example. Any thoughts on where we should begin to look for causes of this? I've tried running Yslow but the results have not moved us forward any.

Hi Ver 6.1.12 - Mican I'm developing a new site and am really struggling with the session box. Logging in is fine and the session box changes to welcome the logged in customer fine, also when you hover the mouse over the [+] button, the box details change to give you the logout and My account options - all of this is (I believe) exactly as designed and is functioning normally, but..... If you move the mouse away from from the [+] to select the Logout or My Account option, the box contents change before you can click either of them!! Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this behaviour? Please see attached images. Thanks in advance. CD

I am trying to export all the products from a store and then to import them to another store. 1 store: I press Export Catalogue, it opens a new browser tab containing many rows, I copy all into clipboard, then paste into an empty text-file = size 144.8 kb. 2 store: I press Import Catalogue, press Browse button, select the above file, press Save, then on the next page press Save and I see some activity happens, but nothing is Imported. How to do a successfull Import into store 2 ? Thanks!

hello, Aside from the customer_comments, I need to add an additional field to the checkout page. I created a new table with zip codes and available delivery dates, I wrote a query that looks for the zip code entered at checkout and creates a dropdown list of all available dates and time frames for that specific zip code. Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to add that new field right before the customer comments field. Any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you!

Hi all, Could someone please help me sort this menu out or point me in the right direction. I'm using the Galaxy theme, I've moved the doc's menu from the top of the theme to the footer, with no issues. The trouble I'm having now is that I want to have the categories as the top main menu. Order is sitting at pending, no emails have been issued, nothing showing in the transaction log, nothing showing in the error logs yet looking at the Paypal account the order has been paid. Other orders have processed ok today. Thanks for any ideas.

I am trying to run CubeCart in a sub-directory however I would like for the sub-directory to not have the trailing slash unless referencing a product/category/etc. The following is what I'm getting.. www.domain.com/cube-cart/ And this is what I want.. www.domain.com/cube-cart In easier to say terms, I want to remove the trailing slash after the directory. (As Cubecart is not running the whole site, but only a portion of it.)

This is driving me nuts!! I am redoing the layout of my checkout pages and on content/medium-up I want the word Quantity and the box with the qty in it all on one line. I can't get it to do it!! Hello, I am trying to do a test registration of a customer .... I have filled all the fields: Title, First Nmae, Last Name, Email, Phone, Mobile, Password, Confirm Password. I have checked: I agree to the Terms & Conditions. I have checked: Subscribe to mailing list. When I press the button: Register I see a message "Would you like Firefox to remember this login?" but really my test customer is not registered at all, beacause I check the Customer List, the new customer is not added. I may repeat this many times, but the result is every time the same - no new customer added into the Customer List. I have two test customers registered early this month, but I don't remeber was there this kind of problem, or not. Can I solve this problem ? .
