  1. I'm wondering if there is a way to change what is being printed on the orders. Right now it looks like it just shows the Ship to address I would like to show the Ship to and the Bill to Address Also is there a way to print a packing slip along with notes on the packing slip, or text at the bottom that i want the customer to see. For example, the current print order at the bottom shows our address, It shows at the top Return Address but the returns address we use is different, and i want to add a note about returns. The main issue though is the layout and what prints on the order sheet we use for internal processing. How do I change that. Thanks!

  4. Hi there, I am trying to change the language flags found at the top of the page. I have modified the .PNG image in the \language\flags folder, cleared the browser cache and clear the CubeCart Cache, but the old flags still appear. The language is good, but I want to show a Canadian and Mexican flag instead of UK and Italy. Everything else is awesome and just tweaking now! Any ideas? Thanks, Maurice
  5. Hi, I received an order today paid for thru PayPal Pro (1.1.9). I received an email from PayPal showing the payment had been paid and it does show up in my PayPal transactions. However, in my admin the order is showing pending and I had to manually update it to processing. Also, yesterday I added BSmithers code snippet so I receive (bcc) all the customer's emails sent thru CubeCart. I did not receive the customer's email though it does show in the email log it was sent to the customer. Any suggestions? Claudia

  7. Hi, I use to have coding that would send customer emails to me also. Now that we have the email log, the emails aren't sent to me. I would still like the order complete email sent to me as I use this to check for delivery. Saves time from having to log in to admin ..... I have the tracking link in the email.   10. Before we get started, I have NOT had any problems with undeliverable emails until my upgrade to 6.0.10. I understand that this could very well be a server hosting issue, but I have contacted them and they're telling me that it's because of invalid email addresses, however, the emails are verified as I have been communicating with them because the customers are contacting me from these same emails asking for status updates (they're not getting those emails). So, I have contacted Dreamhost they were no help, they insist there are no issues. I am receiving bounce backs for emails (see below). These emails are not specific to any one email service provider. It is occuring with mostly Yahoo, Gmail, AOL, Hotmail services. If I create test accounts with fake domains, the emails go through. Is there a way to see what's going on? Where the issues really are?   12. Good morning. My old CC3 store used to log me out of Admin after a set period of inactivity and I simply got used to working with it, albeit annoying if I'd just typed up a long product description etc. But when Al helped me upgrade to the new CC6, I found I remained logged in as Admin and this was a joy, as I could work with impunity, knowing I wouldn't lose work by getting logged out mid-task. As I work alone, security of an open browser window wasn't an issue. But about a month ago, something changed and I now get logged out after a short period of time - something like 30 minutes I think. I hadn't changed anything and it happens on all platforms (Win7 desktop, Android tablet etc.) and all browsers etc. so this would suggest it's something beyond my immediate control, on the server, that has changed. Can you give me some pointers as to where to look, so that I might be able to extend the logged in time please?   13. I just discovered a large fraudulent purchase on our storefront. I'm not sure what happened, but I have shifted to catalog mode until I figure out how to prevent it from happening again. There was no matching transaction listed on Paypal so I don't know if this is a Cubecart or Paypal issue. I've took screenshots and downloaded the database before deleting the orders. Any suggestions/insight would be appreciated.
  14. I love Cubecart and have used it for many years. I am in the process of starting up a new business/site but I am hoping to have more site integration. I am looking for the best CMS or HTML design that will integrate nicely with Cubecart. Is Wordpress the best thing to use for this? I do not intend on modifying the site much at all, but need something that is easy to modify if necessary. Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish.... https://www.coffeebeandirect.com/ I like how everything is there on the frontpage. I do not know what cart they're using, or whether or not it's wordpress etc. Is Cubecart capable of this? I have tried everything under the sun and I can't get my cart to look like this.
  15. Hi, after upgrading my server to PHP 7 I cannot print orders .. I receive a server 500 error .. In the php error log I can see - Which is a bit strange because the printfile is alive and well in exactly the same location, ie. it just will not print. I can luckily switch back to PHP (5.6) fairly easily. But still I cannot print the file (funny it used to work), so I delete the print file which was left behind by PHP 7, and try to print again - This time success. Any ideas - I would like to upgrade PHP on all 6or7 cubecart sites I am running. Many Thanks. Chris Coleman.

Hi All, I have a client that is currently running ver 6.0.8 and wants to upgrade to the latest version which I believe is ver 6.1.8 I know this is possible however I read somewhere that all upgrades cannot be done automatically anymore and that a manual upgrade should be done. If this is true could you please explain what is meant by a manual upgrade, does this mean that I would have to upgrade each version from 6.0.8 to 6.1.8 separately one at a time.   18. I need the items under product options to stay in the order they were added is there anyway to do that? I added them in proper date order but once I added them to the matrix they went in any order. Any help would be appreciated, I'm new to cube cart. Thanks!

  21. Hi, I searched the forums for this first and realise it may be a requested, future feature. I previously posted on how to have a custom title on the contact page, I managed to figure it out myself (and posted the fix). However, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the login page to have a custom title (a page title with "Log in" prefix). Anyone know how to do this or have a workaround? The solution I used for contact doesn't work for log in. Thanks! Neil.

  24. Good Morning. (Morning in Australia anyway) Since upgrading to 6.1.7 customers have not received email updates in regard to their orders. We have still been getting order notifications to our admin email and the settings are correct in Settings>store settings>Advanced It is currently set up as PHP.. Previously it SMTP with SSL but it was the same with only admin getting emails. Any ideas where to start looking? Cheers Stami

Recently, I experienced many fatal errors like those below: Warning: mysqli::mysqli(): (HY000/1203): User sevcortn_xxxxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/bouticom/public_html/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 33 Warning: mysqli_options(): Couldn't fetch mysqli in /home/bouticom/public_html/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 35 Fatal error: User sevcortn_xxxxx already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/bouticom/public_html/classes/db/mysqli.class.php on line 38 When I investigated further with the server administrator, I was told that there were a number of select queries that were waiting on a table level lock and was advised to move CubeCart_inventory table to InnoDB storage engine which supports row level locking. Is it a way to stop having those errors that crash my cart? Thank you for any help
