Hi, I received an order today paid for thru PayPal Pro (1.1.9). I received an email from PayPal showing the payment had been paid and it does show up in my PayPal transactions. However, in my admin the order is showing pending and I had to manually update it to processing. Also, yesterday I added BSmithers code snippet so I receive (bcc) all the customer's emails sent thru CubeCart. I did not receive the customer's email though it does show in the email log it was sent to the customer. Any suggestions? Claudia

Hi there, I am trying to change the language flags found at the top of the page. I have modified the .PNG image in the \language\flags folder, cleared the browser cache and clear the CubeCart Cache, but the old flags still appear. The language is good, but I want to show a Canadian and Mexican flag instead of UK and Italy. Everything else is awesome and just tweaking now! Any ideas? Thanks, Maurice

I am new to cubebart and I struggle to remove a field on the order form. In my country, we do not use 'state/county' in any way, so having this field set as 'required' per default is annoying. I have tried to remove the filed by editing in the '/orders.index.php' and the '/orders.print.php' but it keeps being on the order form? Trying to clear cache also din´t change anything.... How to get rid of it? I also need to find out how a field is changed from 'required' to 'non-required' on the order form, eg. the field phone and mobile - in my country only few people have a landline based phone anymore, therefore it seems a bit weired to the customers that a landline filed is required to fill out - you might say that they can just put their mobile number in the landline field, yes - but still it is annoying that the field is required Actually it would be nice if it was possible to edit the order form completely to make it comply to local settings - many carts has this option built in.... How to change that? Any assistance is highly appreciated

Hi, I use to have coding that would send customer emails to me also. Now that we have the email log, the emails aren't sent to me. I would still like the order complete email sent to me as I use this to check for delivery. Saves time from having to log in to admin ..... I have the tracking link in the email. I need the items under product options to stay in the order they were added is there anyway to do that? I added them in proper date order but once I added them to the matrix they went in any order. Any help would be appreciated, I'm new to cube cart. Thanks!

I love Cubecart and have used it for many years. I am in the process of starting up a new business/site but I am hoping to have more site integration. I am looking for the best CMS or HTML design that will integrate nicely with Cubecart. Is Wordpress the best thing to use for this? I do not intend on modifying the site much at all, but need something that is easy to modify if necessary. Here is an example of what I am trying to accomplish.... https://www.coffeebeandirect.com/ I like how everything is there on the frontpage. I do not know what cart they're using, or whether or not it's wordpress etc. Is Cubecart capable of this? I have tried everything under the sun and I can't get my cart to look like this.

Good morning. My old CC3 store used to log me out of Admin after a set period of inactivity and I simply got used to working with it, albeit annoying if I'd just typed up a long product description etc. But when Al helped me upgrade to the new CC6, I found I remained logged in as Admin and this was a joy, as I could work with impunity, knowing I wouldn't lose work by getting logged out mid-task. As I work alone, security of an open browser window wasn't an issue. But about a month ago, something changed and I now get logged out after a short period of time - something like 30 minutes I think. I hadn't changed anything and it happens on all platforms (Win7 desktop, Android tablet etc.) and all browsers etc. so this would suggest it's something beyond my immediate control, on the server, that has changed. Can you give me some pointers as to where to look, so that I might be able to extend the logged in time please? Hi All, I have a client that is currently running ver 6.0.8 and wants to upgrade to the latest version which I believe is ver 6.1.8 I know this is possible however I read somewhere that all upgrades cannot be done automatically anymore and that a manual upgrade should be done. If this is true could you please explain what is meant by a manual upgrade, does this mean that I would have to upgrade each version from 6.0.8 to 6.1.8 separately one at a time. Hi, I searched the forums for this first and realise it may be a requested, future feature. I previously posted on how to have a custom title on the contact page, I managed to figure it out myself (and posted the fix). However, for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the login page to have a custom title (a page title with "Log in" prefix). Anyone know how to do this or have a workaround? Hi, after upgrading my server to PHP 7 I cannot print orders .. I receive a server 500 error .. In the php error log I can see - Which is a bit strange because the printfile is alive and well in exactly the same location, ie. it just will not print. I can luckily switch back to PHP (5.6) fairly easily. But still I cannot print the file (funny it used to work), so I delete the print file which was left behind by PHP 7, and try to print again - This time success. Any ideas - I would like to upgrade PHP on all 6or7 cubecart sites I am running. Many Thanks. Chris Coleman.

Good Morning. (Morning in Australia anyway) Since upgrading to 6.1.7 customers have not received email updates in regard to their orders. We have still been getting order notifications to our admin email and the settings are correct in Settings>store settings>Advanced It is currently set up as PHP.. Previously it SMTP with SSL but it was the same with only admin getting emails. Any ideas where to start looking? Cheers Stami

I was about to backup. DB-backup worked fine, but when doing file-backup this message appears: I went to Error Log to see if anything landed there, but both Admin and System logs are cleared (or not logged at all). CC 6.1.7.

I just discovered a large fraudulent purchase on our storefront. I'm not sure what happened, but I have shifted to catalog mode until I figure out how to prevent it from happening again. There was no matching transaction listed on Paypal so I don't know if this is a Cubecart or Paypal issue. I've took screenshots and downloaded the database before deleting the orders. Any suggestions/insight would be appreciated.

So the last version of my website was all hand-coded - back in the mid 2000's... It was a PHP/MySQL Database driven site and worked fairly well, but it had aged... wasn't "modern" enough anymore... So I did alot of research, and testing multiple different cart systems - and landed on Cube Cart. It seemed to do, or have extensions to do most of what I wanted - and it was easy enough to modify for the rest - -so I started working;. The site has been live for a little over a month now - and is getting some results. It started with a basic skin, but with some google searching, some help from forum users, and a lot of trial and error, I think I am finally happy with the current state! The site i use (inherited) is currently on V5 and I'm in the process (see thread in upgrades forum) of updating to V6. The site uses individual products for individual sizes and for multiple items of the same product at present, but I may use option sets for sizes (small medium large). Can you combine quantity discounts and sizes? For example, I could have Small item = £10 Medium item = £15 Large item = £20 That, i know, is easy to do in options / option sets. I now want 3 x small item = £28 (£2 discount) 3 x medium item = £42 (£3 discount) 3 x large item = £55 (£5 discount) i.e discount is according to size, not quantity. Can the option matrix and or quantity discount handle this, or should I just use one product per size and have the quantity discount apply, nit use option sets for the size? I hope I've explained what I'm trying to do OK! Nelly
